@SnoWFLakE0s the above is great but it skips the bit about how to format the input requirements i.e. i know that if i put V>400 the rotator acts when speed is under 400mph and I know that -LandingGear gets the rotator to work when the landing gear is down but I dont know how to combine this. I would have thought that a simple + between the two commands would suffice but this is now programming of which I have zero knowledge. Reading the below, it seems im not the only one, if I can get some help on the basics im sure i can work a lot of this out but this guide starts well past the basic stuff..
@CRJ900Pilot funny you say that, I used the sw republic gunship as the inspiration hence the chunky nature and anhedral on wings, engines intake where gun pods would have been etc.
@Mustang51 no idea, I clicked the home button buy it's not exactly mobile friendly. Think I came across him on deviant art so mby search for him there?
@WNP78 this stuff is great but really makes my head hurt, how about posting a few common formulas i.e. stick this in your rotator input and it lets it do pitch and trim, or use this on your undercarriage doors so they shut slower than they open etc. Im honestly lost on this stuff and its really demotivating.
@MAHADI yep lol. The Russian thing that inspired me was even more complicated at the wheels retracted into both the lower wing and the fuselage side :)
@SnoWFLakE0s thanks, I have bookmarked this to use when I play sp, I certainly didn't do this level of math at school though so this should be interesting :)
@BogdanX thanks bog, appreciate the comments. I went with a straight wing to simplify the retracting wing and to imitate the schnell bomber style but I'm going to make a follow up with some 40mm cannons etc so will play with trailing and leading edges.
I think I asked for a new Zealand one before, think it was pointed out to that there was too little in the way of aircraft manufacturers etc, can't say I disagreed. I think I just tagged it uk nz is a colony after all :) joke ;p
@Hedero yeah now that you mention it I agree. I did want small engines (see the Saunders roe a/1) but i think they are a bit too small. Will fix at some point.
@Mustang51 I just hope she doesn't see it :) I have a build for your challenge, do you want me to post tonight or wait to give others a chance to post?
@AsianKid I've found that attaching the catapult connector to anything that uses rotators causes the failure of that part when throttle is applied, fixing the connector directly to the fuselage is the only solution and that's not practical due to the height difference between wheel and bottom of fus. Thanks though
@tressa1 nope, its fictional.

Yep here
@jselbach thanks, I love tootling around with it as well, I was really happy with how steady it is.
@CRJ900Pilot funny you say that, I used the sw republic gunship as the inspiration hence the chunky nature and anhedral on wings, engines intake where gun pods would have been etc.
@Diloph as long as the rest of the build probably. 3-4hrs, mainly for nudging and moving stars... was fun to do though.
@niggelas100 no problem, looks like you put some effort into it :)
@Mustang51 no idea, I clicked the home button buy it's not exactly mobile friendly. Think I came across him on deviant art so mby search for him there?
@belugasub have fun, if you need any advice just let me know.
@Mustang51 thanks =) the fellow who did the original design has a website here, I cant take the credit for the design.
@Tankace1 no, just something I dreamed up.
@mikoyanster thanks mik, makes a change to enter a challenge that actually has results posted in a timely manner :)

British trains are the best, everything else is just an imitation :)
@Mumpsy thanks :) I got the idea from that guy who cheated with photoshop lol
@ssenmodnar I recently made 2 ripoffs of the IS :)
@FairFireFight deadline day tomorrow :) when do you expect to have the results ready?
@MAHADI yep lol. The Russian thing that inspired me was even more complicated at the wheels retracted into both the lower wing and the fuselage side :)
@SnoWFLakE0s thanks, I have bookmarked this to use when I play sp, I certainly didn't do this level of math at school though so this should be interesting :)
@EternalDarkness I'm on my mobile, I might play with it later but I've got to see Santa first :)
Only 1 picture lol, I wanted to see it in action
@Trainzo thanks again :) glad you like it.
@Mustang51 yep that was the one, fortunately I had told him I was doing it and he had chosen to ignore me.
@Mustang51 thanks, it is an old one, it was from the era where I used deviant art for inspiration prior to small brown dog getting upset.
@Gameboi14 @BnanaX don't you have to tick a box to say allow beta or something, I'm sure that's what I did on steam
@ssenmodnar I might get around to it at Christmas, we will see.
@BogdanX thanks bog, appreciate the comments. I went with a straight wing to simplify the retracting wing and to imitate the schnell bomber style but I'm going to make a follow up with some 40mm cannons etc so will play with trailing and leading edges.
@ACEPILOT109 I don't think I have seen the film, used to watch the cartoon though.
Looks nice, build quality looks good but that tail should be scaled up at least by 1.5 :)
@QWERTYUIOP111 谢谢
I think I asked for a new Zealand one before, think it was pointed out to that there was too little in the way of aircraft manufacturers etc, can't say I disagreed. I think I just tagged it uk nz is a colony after all :) joke ;p
@CrappyNames thanks :) nearly 2 years ago for this one though... time flies
@ChiChiWerx thanks, i always have liked the Javelin, dont know why really, bit different to everything else i think.
@Jokowi here
@Jokowi yeah ok, ill do a forum post in a bit.
@Mustang51 your just after my points :p
@Trainzo thanks =) It does have some imperfections though, I have learnt how to build a lot better since I did this originally.
@Hedero yeah now that you mention it I agree. I did want small engines (see the Saunders roe a/1) but i think they are a bit too small. Will fix at some point.
Wasnt this the plan in mad max Return to the thunder dome? :) nice looking build.
@Mustang51 I just hope she doesn't see it :) I have a build for your challenge, do you want me to post tonight or wait to give others a chance to post?
@VVMC dunno, not really keen on it at present.
@ChiChiWerx that sounds like fun, after all they didn't have to pay the repair bill :)
@Tang0five the mammoth :) yeah it was sort of my inspiration, childhood memories of that game, high speed low drag.
@TheLegend69 you asked why there are so many not 21s, it's a tube with simple wings, that's why.
It's a tube with simple wings...
@AsianKid I've found that attaching the catapult connector to anything that uses rotators causes the failure of that part when throttle is applied, fixing the connector directly to the fuselage is the only solution and that's not practical due to the height difference between wheel and bottom of fus. @M4FL10 fuel consumption in the game is at an accelerated rate, I don't know about a rebuild I still have too many new builds to finish ;)
@Dimkal thanks man, I really enjoyed this build, loads of gadgets and moving bits :)
@Gameboi14 what about this, i tried to take most of the fancy bits off though to reduce part count.
@nameisalreadytaken Part count is irrelevant =)
