...well, i have never done in this way, but i just asked Ai with this prompt:
"let's imagine that there's a car reaches the speed of 243 mph, with its electronic system limiting the car in that amount of speed when the number assigned into it is "200". if then, how much number should be assigned to limit the car's speed exactly into 203 mph?"
then Ai answered me, it's 167.2. all you have to do is change the value of maxAngularVelocity into 167.2.
i think this is the real first purpose of "Artificial Intelligence". if it could actually be better then calling me at the every second you need even a slightest help, i think no one will blame you for using Ai.

Why 30 mph-
I think you've successfully changed the gear into first gear, but didn't into above gear. When you're in this moment, You have to change the gear into the next gear!
Make a tutorial on how to drive-
There's a line i explained on description:
and change the gear using Shifter input (Roll by default).
Let me explain this again: Shifter input is Roll, which you can later change into any other input you prefer by using variable setter. And with this input, can change the gear at any the any timing you wish, whether the RPM is high or low. You decide it.
But I thought I don't really needed to explain this in the first place, because, all the operations are just EXACTLY same as other racing games(or simulators), there are many more, but just to name some- forza horizon and motorsport series, and Assetto Corsa. So if you ever have played any of them, it could definitely be easier to understand the whole operation of this car.
But if you still having difficult at understanding how to drive this car, don't hesitate to ask me anytime
Set the maxAngularVelocity of each rear wheels to 214.
Also, It could be better if you just mentioned me into the original post insted of uploading the same craft as new post if there's no specific modify was made. (I should have tell this earlier, but my bad.)

Today(2025-08-12)'s update for both DCT, and DCT Modded version : Improved the RPM to response quicker during the chainging gear, so that it worked really more like DCT.

just copy and paste this simple code into a variable named "Shifter".
after then, all you have to do is just change between P-R-N-D (Actually, N gear is default when you started the game) using trim (slider thing on your right side of your screen).

but hey, we got "TCS" (Traction Control System) and "ABS" (Anti-lock Braking System) just like real life car. if you're having difficut at steering during the strong braking, you could use "ABS", and if you're having difficult at accelarte, you could use "TCS". please don't ignore my effort i spend on developing these things..
