    @BOSKnight okay so extremely flawed

  • Creysler MX-80A MK-2 one month ago

@BOSKnight is it a fully automatic loader or could a crewmember theoretically hand-load it?

  • Creysler MX-80A MK-2 one month ago

@AviationLoverGEEK444 yeah, the Condor isn't special in that field, do you see where this is going?

  • Creysler MX-80A MK-2 one month ago

    @AviationLoverGEEK444 also, some more proof
1 year more than what it is currently (1951)

  • Creysler MX-80A MK-2 one month ago

@AviationLoverGEEK444 and? Realistically, your Mk2 is weaker than the Mk1
Also, further proof the Condor isn't exactly radical

  • Creysler MX-80A MK-2 one month ago

@AviationLoverGEEK444 delta wings and tailless designs aren't tied to a specific timeframe, look at the nazis if you have to

The MBT-70 can be it's own pack of worms, though you're claiming utter superiority on a tank with less weight, proving use of weaker materials, which makes most of it negligible to begin with, but then tack on this modification with almost completely paper changes, that don't increase weight, making it therefore weaker, especially the better armor

  • Creysler MX-80A MK-2 one month ago

@AviationLoverGEEK444 delta wing technologies / tailless designs aren't limited to a timeframe, yk
@AviationLoverGEEK444 that can be a can of worms in and of itself, however, yours has -5,000lbs but is somehow stronger in every way (save for autoloader speed)

@AviationLoverGEEK444 more firepower < lighter materials
You can artificially extend the propellant of a round, but that adds weight, that doesn't exist here, meaning the round is now made with a lighter material or less material, making it more prone to accidents or potential ammo explosions, putting the crew in more danger and once more, making everything else negligible
It is much harder for tanks to correctly fire while on the move, especially at a moving target. All the stabilizer adds is gun control while braking, which is once more negligible as the other tank would either have already stopped or would be moving

    +1
  • Creysler MX-80A MK-2 one month ago

@AviationLoverGEEK444 also, to be noted, there is once more no weight increase between the two of them, meaning that no matter how much better everything is, it's significantly weaker and once more, negligible

  • Creysler MX-80A MK-2 one month ago

@AviationLoverGEEK444 a standard 7.62 round has maybe 9-30mms of penetration, meaning that your 1000 is actually somewhere between 90 and 300mms, once more, making said armor negligible

  • Knockoff Earth one month ago

@voytek sure, but I'm pretty much just making stuff for Kei and BOS rn
Oh, and the only nation left is currently getting invaded lol

  • Creysler MX-80A MK-2 one month ago

@AviationLoverGEEK444 so by that logic, 1000mms of pen would be entirely negligible as it takes around 15 round from a 7.62 minigun to penetrate (due to armor decay from continuous hits) and disable the tank?

  • Knockoff Earth one month ago

@voytek I'm just running Umbra so that I can make schtuff without having to worry about geopolitics and whoever wants this lake or not, but I'd happily buy a few to protect our factories lol

  • Creysler MX-80A MK-2 one month ago

@AviationLoverGEEK444 once again, the fact it has the same weight as before says that you replaced the armor with aerogel, and the 1000mm+ is now entirely negligible

    +1
  • Creysler MX-80A MK-2 one month ago

@AviationLoverGEEK444 except, the weight remained the same, the part count remained the same, the performance cost stayed the same, and there is no noticeable difference in the visual model
The only difference is in overload numbers, that magically don't change anything

  • ISNT RNJ nuetral? one month ago

@AviationLoverGEEK444 and not plausibly at that

    +1
  • Creysler MX-80A MK-2 one month ago

There is 0 real ingame difference between this and the mk1, just btw, not even the weight change that would've occured from the modifications
    Extra armor: +Weight
    Stronger engine: +Weight

  • ISNT RNJ nuetral? one month ago

@AviationLoverGEEK444 I'm not part of this fight, but btw, the armor on the most modern of tanks equals only around 800mms in the most important spots, with APFSDS only penning around 700mms at perfect conditions
There is no way your engines can handle the weight that comes with several thousand milimeters of armor, those engines would be breaking down either within a mile or wouldn't have the fuel economy to be plausible in high quantities, and even if they did have a decent fuel economy and weren't destroying themselves, your tanks would only he hitting 5mph max

@SPWithLizzie later on, I wanna say it was 2 years ago when I started trying to write with my left hand
    Also
Here's a pic of my guitars

  • C-130 one month ago

@SPWithLizzie guitars were my autistic interest for a while (ans still somewhat are) so I memorized the brands
I'm ambidextrous but I prefer right handed guitars

  • C-130 one month ago

    @SPWithLizzie I'm good lol
Halo is good but they're moreso tailored for like really good players, I only know about them cause Kevin Sherwood uses their Octavia 8
    Schecter is much cheaper

  • C-130 one month ago

@SPWithLizzie both electric, ones a Fender Player Stratocaster and the other is a Schecter C-1 Platinum
Both 6-string too, I wanna get an 8 string but nobody sells the head I want (Inline 6+2) and the only place I can get a guitar like that is Halo Customs, which'd knock me $4k so I'll prob just build one or suck it up and buy a Schecter C-8 Deluxe

  • C-130 one month ago

@SPWithLizzie oh no I have it here, I tune it myself (I also have 2 guitars)

Steal This Album is like a mimetic hazard or something for me
No matter what, it leaves my brain immediately

There's a moozik store in the downtown area of my city that has a buncha the schtuff, I plan to go back and buy either Skeletá or Impera from them soon, and prob some SOAD

  • C-130 one month ago

  • Creysler MX-80B MK-1 one month ago

@BOSKnight most WWII Allied Amphibious tonks have Gen I stab (see T86 or LVT-A1) but post war stuff like the XM800T have more advanced stab, tho idk when that was made

    +1
  • Creysler MX-80B MK-1 one month ago

@AviationLoverGEEK444 which generation of a stabilizer would it be considered IRL?
These aren't the actual ranges afaik but here
Gen I: stab up to ~10-15mph
Gen II: stab up to 20-30mph
Gen III: stab up to 40mph
    Gen IV: 40mph+

    +1
  • Creysler MX-80B MK-1 one month ago

@AviationLoverGEEK444 ik the KE-RP world lore is different, but IRL it was seen on the T-34 and M4 Shermans (up to 76/85mms) so stabilizers aren't exactly advanced, just more modernized

  • Creysler MX-80B MK-1 one month ago

@BOSKnight tbf, the stabilizer can be foregone because firing on the move becomes exponentially harder no matter what and modern stabilizers (like on the Leo or Abrams) are only good up to 40mph
The APFSDS is what's most important

    +1
  • Creysler MX-80B MK-1 one month ago

@BOSKnight pretty much in terms of design, but with a turret comparable to the Strv 74 (NOT IN TERMS OF PROTECTION BUT DESIGN!)

  • Creysler MX-80B MK-1 one month ago

@BOSKnight realistically, that LFP is probably comparable to that of the VT5, and that UFP likely has less total milimeters of protection but is less likely to be penned due to its angle
There is a lot of distance between the front plate and driver's ports, so I'd assume there's either more armor or the fuel tanks are held up there
Gun calibre is likely between 90mm and 120mms
