@belugasub When I wanted to move the plane to your post to make it successor, I find that the editor changes the position of half of the pieces on the left side. Although it is not very appreciable, it does affect the stability of the flight. Anyway, I do not want to abuse your kindness. If you think i should not participate with this plane, I will try to make another plane and this time, starting from your post.
I just finished the plane, but I can not make it a successor, because in doing so the plane loses its balance. Could you make an exception with my case?
Hola Daniel, echa un vistazo a este video https://youtu.be/Lf3pUDqXr6A y fíjate en la brújula, que es donde puedes observar el rumbo del avión. Otro truco es seguir las islas, como si fueran migas de pan. Buena suerte.
@MisterT @DuckMint @WNP78 Thanks guys! I have get replaced it by simpler models and in effect saves memory. however, I still have the problem of blurring / shading when we move away ... I am trying other solutions. If I give with the problem I communicate it.
@Abhishek700 The color codes obtain throught this method...
1) Search an image that you like... for example... this... Helicopter Tiger
2) Get the URL of image... https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/6/62/20170810034242%21Eurocopter_EC-665_Tiger_UHT%2C_Germany_-_Army_AN1547188_%282%29.jpg
3) Get colors from image HTML Color Codes tool
4) Apply a slightly darker shade of the color obtained... using Google Color Picker... for example... this green color #6E7058 for this other #414234
5) Use the color code into the XML code of the plane, in the materials section
@MisterT @MOPCKOEDNISHE I added the "LOD Group" component to all the elements of the city. I just added a screenshot with the configuration of the LOD Group. Have you configured the same or is it necessary to indicate the "Render" option?
@MisterT ohh!!! I think you're right, I'm already preparing for the test! Thank you very much for the help! I was going crazy! i will add whatever you want on the map!
@DuckMint I would like all modders to share experiences to design better maps. Before I used a unity asset called "Terrain Toolkit", but with the new version 2018 Unity does not seem to work well. This is forcing me to make the maps by hand. I do not find an adequate tool to build procedural land and that is compatible with this version. In spite of everything, I am working with very realistic textures obtained through Google Earth and post-edited in GIMP, as plots. I'm also having problems with checkpoints. I used to have a script to do the checkpoints and now it does not work in this version of Unity 2018. I'm looking for something to replace it. There are many things that I am trying to find out, I do not know if it happens to you too ...
@asdfg12345 Bugrino is waiting... With the new version of Unity 2018, the main tool for create terrains "Terrain toolkit 2017" not works and this difficult advances.
@FairFireFight I do not remember that file ... what is it used for?
@FairFireFight Take a look in the following path C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\SimplePlanes\ModTools

@ThePilotDude this is because the Simpleplanes 1.8 require a new version of Unity, in this case Unity 2018.3.12f1
@belugasub No problem!
i accept this challenge!

@RailfanEthan Thanks!!
@Lahoski107 save image as PNG and then copy the image to the Asset folder
Great work!
Very nice!
@Lahoski107 i use Gimp editor. The solution is described here... https://www.simpleplanes.com/Forums/View/865178 using the seamless option... Take a look here https://youtu.be/w-Rm7OzOct4. But i use a trick here, the textures can be photorealistics if you obtain It from Google Earth
