@BogdanX Yeah there's a few small jets in the tail that do the prop wash. The one in the rudder is angled sideways by 6.25 degrees and that causes the spinning.
In real life this doesn't happen because of static tyre friction and stuff, which there's no method of simulating in SP. Or at least, none discovered lol.
@BogdanX It's supposed to do that. It simulates the rotating airflow from the prop hitting the tail at an angle.
Also it idles at 10% throttle and because the wheel traction physics in SP are the big dumb-dumb, it spins when irl planes don't... which is a bit of a pain.
Ok that's hella weird
I've played on all platforms on 6 different devices and haven't come across that issue before :(
One thing I do get though is the buttons disappearing in the control configurator when I click them. Like, this exact bug, but only there.
@JoeriV Ngl I do agree with your point there.
BTW I think SR2 was released about 3 years ago and announced before that. Before KSP2 was announced (I believe)
The earth's core doesn't exist because we have seen it.
Parts of the deep sea doesn't exist because nobody's seen it.
You don't exist because I haven't seen you.
I mean, that's pretty much what your saying.
If you have any slight comprehension on how stupendously colossal the universe is and take note that life on our planet took hold through natural consequences, saying aliens don't exist because we haven't seen them is very naieve.
However, again, the universe is stupendously colossal and deep space travel is a logistical nightmare, and if aliens had actually invaded our planet, we would have found life that is not from a common ancestor to our own, which we haven't.
@realSavageMan I'm not sure, but I guess the way you could find out is you could put the cleacer on a spring and gave it two attachment points (one to a detached and one to a fuselage block) and you could time with a stop watch how long it takes for the cleaver to stop making thrust
@Reeeeeeeeeeee45 Idk. I guess I look at things as "why is that the way it is" and "how do shapes relate to other shapes" and proportions and stuff. And then I make my own version. I guess having over 3000 hours in the game helps too lol
I didn't know you could mix the design of a Hawk T1 and a Yak 52, and result in anything that resembles an aircraft, never mid one that actually looks pretty cool!
@Kipo DebugExpression (string) adds a thing in the corner that shows your funky tree value, for example `DebugExpression "RollAngle" will show your roll angle
You can also change the Field of view.
In the designer, it's /Designer(Clone)>CameraTarget>Camera.set_FieldOfView (string)
And in the level it's >>CameraManagerScript..SetCameraFov (string)
Where or fourse, "string" is replaced by the FOV that you want. Like >>CameraManagerScript..SetCameraFov 80
@Rcboy48 The accuracy is okay. It matches the blueprints pretty well, but the doors are flat rather than buggy, and the accuracy of the nose is debatable as I only had pictures to reference the shape. It's probably more accurate than most replica RC planes though lol.
.
And yes I can give you a 3D model :D
Just note, because of the limitations of the designer, there's parts of this plane that have been made really weirdly compared to regular 3D models... like the word Draco had to be modeled lol.
As well as removing the words, is there anything else you'd like me to remove on this plane to make your job easier? :)
@Liquidfox01 @Dysprosium Thanks!
@EternalDarkness Woah that's actually a pretty good idea. Thanks!
For me when I yaw in a helicopter the fuselage turns but the helicopter continues in the same direction like irl. Not sure what's happening with you
+1@Cyieed462 ye boi
+1@Lanc Cool! I live in New Zealand and there's only 1 here in a museum and it's nowhere near where I live, so I've never seen one irl sadly.
poo
+12@TheLurkingVexedVortex Yeah you probably did lol
+1@KnightOfRen Thanks!

+2Bush plane
@asteroidbook345 Yeah my building skills have improved since then lol
Mattel ruined my childhood
+3More blending on the cockpitbshould improve it's looks
oh good
Ok that's hella weird

@BarrumsPlanes YES
@JoeriV Ngl I do agree with your point there.

@THEYE Aliens are an extra terrestrial organism. Like life here, but on a different planet.
+1The earth's core doesn't exist because we have seen it.

If aliens don't exist... then how do we exist?
Tsunami time
+1I didn't feel the 2 am one tho :(
You sir are in luck!
I had the same question, and spefyjerbf answered in the comments. He shared the code for delays in both directions. :)
@TheMegaMauster Hell yes.It will also more than half the part count of a lot of builds.
Semi hollow fuselage blocks

+4The only way to do it is to upvote the person's planes

Runs out of fuel but the smoke keeps going

@Rcboy48 There you go. I just sent it to you. :)
@thegliderguy Cuz the devs have indicated they're developing an SP2
+1@Kipo

You don't really need the dev console unless you wanna fiddle with the camera and do complex funky tree stuff
Tap the settings header 5 tones then 3 finger tap

Can't wait to see what SimplePlanes2 has in store :))))))))))
+8Is that a laptop or a cinderblock lmao
+1Internet is dumbbdy dumb dumb dumb
+1The people in the red have their hands up because they're happy they're banned
@Fungus Soz for the late reply, what do you mean specifically?
Next we need a Toyota Corola and a School Bus
This is destined to be a prop in a future plane for sure
+1I don't seem to have one lol
The sound that bothers me the most is the fact that the sound pitch of the props has nothing to do with their RPM...
+11Starting with paneling on your first plane? Damn...
+1Holy cow you're right!
I thought this was your wife but I've just realised it's actually you and you've got your old account back lol
+3I haven't encountered that yet...
+2Aah that makes sense @HowIsMathTaken
