1: Satellite assisted guidance; Bell Lands does have some satellites, and they will launch more
2: Flak; if we load a powerful enough explosive into the shell, all we'd have to do is fire near this goober
Of course, none of this would never be built, and these are just concepts
Also I think I need to develop a weapon to counter this ...

The MJ-4S-2 has some similar characteristics
•It can pull 10G's as well
•It has IR missiles, which would require flares (I know there aren't IR missiles in the base game but none of your business)
•It also excels in multirole capabilities, with the Anit Submarine Aerial Torpedo, a semi-active radio to sonar guided high explosive torpedo(this isn't saying that the Kite doesn't have multirole)
•It has more guns
•It's radar has a wide(r?) tracking cone, for very close quarter engagements
BUT
•It has a shorter range
•It's slower
•It isn't doing well in the export market, so far only flying in the R.B.A.F.

Not to mention the Fox-2's, which the GB-11 has no valid CM's against (though the MJ-4S-2 has no CM's at all so I'll give ya that)
The kite would definitely have a longer range radar, since it would serve interception roles (I think, I'm just basing it off of the fact that it looks like a starfighter), though the Lion has a wider tracking cone, and some ground tracking abilities, as it's multirole
