Earlier this week, one of Rottlerdang's dams was destroyed by a misguided attack from Unity Ding Dong, leading to a citywide flood. Thankfully, casualties were minimal, though tons of important buildings and areas became unusable. One of these include a medical Research center, which was in the process of developing a somewhat universal Vaccine.
Prime Minister Arnold Hansen gave this message to U.D.D.
"What you have done cannot be classified as an accident. You have not only ruined lives of the people right now, but also the lives of patients in the future, who could suffer from diseases that this vaccine could have prevented. We will be employing total economic sanctions for three months, and partial ones for as long as the effects of this problem persists.
