Well, a country like Belgium is make a stealth B1B Lancer plane in 1949 and keep saying that they actually can produce that lmao. And yeah... everyone just look at the trend and start race in it, just like when one is start making a Blackbird, other will follow and ignoring the fact that their country can't realistically do it
