KUROSAI
RPBV Kurosai, “Black Rhinoceros” in Japanese, is Rachel Starla’s privately built Breakthrough Vehicle. Kurosai is less a car than a statement of intent, welded steel and blunt appetite shaped into a vehicle that treats roads the way others treat playgrounds. Assembled in secret by Rachel Starla from scavenged armored police units, the vehicle was never sanctioned by Raphael and is a constant thorn in her side, both literally and socially. Where Raphael prefers to travel by her wing, Rachel insists on the directness of the road, acceleration, contact, and the small, private thrill of seeing things break.
The silhouette wears law enforcement cues as camouflage and menace matte black paint, working sirens, and familiar contours that make a crowd flinch and make officers hesitate. Rachel kept those trappings deliberately. Its rims and bumper are painted red, a coldly practical flourish meant to disguise the consequences of her bloody collisions. The front end is all intent, an enormous reinforced bumper engineered to turn barriers, vehicles, and bodies into temporary obstacles.
Performance is brutal and unapologetic. At roughly 13 metric tons of welded armor and heavy duty driveline, Kurosai still pushes well into triple digits on open stretches, its suspension, drivetrain, and braking systems have been reinforced for violent acceleration and repeated impacts. Defensive upgrades prioritize blunt survivability, layered armor, reinforced mounting points, and a chassis built to take punishment without folding. Rachel has also integrated offensive and crowd control systems drawn from the police vehicles she scoured, concealed missile launcher, flamethrower module, and standard tear gas launcher for vehicle's primary armament.
Inside, comfort was sacrificed for function and security. The cockpit looks like a tank, hard surfaces, bolted fixtures, and an array of secured storage lockers for ordinance and gear. Controls are direct and minimal, designed so the machine responds fast and with predictable brutality. It is, in every respect, Rachel’s idea of a perfect ride, loud, immediate, and indifferent to collateral.
In use, Kurosai is versatile and terrifying. It can masquerade as an official vehicle to herd crowds and intimidate, or it can become a blunt assault instrument when Rachel wants to make an example. Wherever it turns up, it alters the rules of the road, people step back, authorities hesitate, and Raphael’s patience wears thin.
Well yes, Rachel uses this car to shop at Walmart, teach a lesson to cars that use bright headlights, and ran over Raphael when she saw her.

@Panzerwaifu Rachel loves to cause trouble. She'll crash cars, leave then wait for people to crowd the crashed car, she will come back to hit or burn more people surrounding the crash site XD
Ah yes, the flamethrower, the best weapon for crowd control lol
If there's no crowd, there's no need for crowd control
