Her usual attire consists of a black dress complemented by a short cloak, high boots, gray stockings, and gloves, with a hat occasionally worn for specific occasions. In her Armed form, Raphael manifests two additional arms and a significantly longer cloak, emphasizing her readiness for combat.
Personality:
As part of Rachael that embodies benevolence, Raphael possesses a gentle disposition, speaks sparingly, maintains strong emotional control, and demonstrates far greater empathy than Rachel. Unlike Rachel, who is prone to killing ordinary individuals upon encounter, Raphael actively minimizes contact with others and will only hunt when she is genuinely starving. She consistently favors calculated and well structured defensive strategies, standing in contrast to Rachel’s aggressive offensive approach that prioritizes raw power above all else.
Ability:
Like Rachael, Raphael inherits the true power of the Angel of War, granting her absolute dominion over all elements of warfare without clearly defined limitations. This power, while complex in theory and definition, is remarkably straightforward in execution, enabling its user to control everything associated with war itself. Consequently, Raphael can manifest and command any weapon at will, unrestricted by conventional logic, including the absence of required crews, ammunition constraints, or fuel limitations for vehicles of war.
In addition to these specific abilities, Raphael also possesses standard skills commonly associated with angels and demons, including the capacity to vanish from sight, perform short range teleportation, phase through physical obstacles, and regenerate injuries through healing. Whereas such powers are traditionally sustained by divine support in angels, their defection has severed that connection. As a result, she maintains and replenishes these abilities through demon's ways, drawing power directly from consuming humans rather than relying on any form of divine sanction.

@Graingy Basically, this is pretty vague. It's stated that weapon that she can control here is anything that can intentionally take a person's life. So, from ICBMs to scissors, from rocks to warships, they can control and detect almost everything. This makes them incredibly powerful.

@Sed If you want to take her down, never do it in violence way. Dont fight fire with another fire. Raphael herself is also very skilled at planning and predict you, so random behavior that defies logic will make her dizzy.

But when fighting, Raphael is never alone, there will be Rachel. Rachel doesn't care about anything because she specializes in raw power. You need to fight Rachel with tactics while Raphael will destroy your tactics from the start. This is why they are so difficult to defeat together.
@Sed As the demon of the war itself, in battle condition, she is capable on detect even hypersonic missile coming to her way, far beyond visual range. So safe to say she can handle a freefall bomb easily.
