@OrangeBoardEnterprise
I might also get the full version some day, but even with the free one, the watermark is hardly noticeable (and is much smaller than what it was before.
@OrangeBoardEnterprise
Hey it works! Its the only screen recorder that I can use to record all my videos without eating so much FPS (cough OBS cough) and its VERY convenient and easy to use.
@CptJacobson
Well it is essentially a Phalanx CIWS/C-RAM on wheels plus AIM-120C's, AIM-9X's, and impossible-to-evade hyper-velocity micro-missiles (which are a real thing BTW) so yea this thing is quite powerful. Future "options" for the Jaeger will include a laser turret instead of the M61 Gatling Gun, more HVMM's (micro-missiles), and an EMP/EW-pulse pod similar to whats found on the F-36 Broadsword; that destroys in-coming missiles.
@HarryBen47
Sure Rainier Aerospace can do a collab. Although no collab work can start at least until June 13th (when I'm fully out of school). Do you have any concepts, designs, or ideas for this fighter?
@EternalDarkness
The boxes can fit an AIM-9X and AIM-120C, and are well-more than enough in length to fit them and possibly a booster. If your talking about the tons of launch tubes at the rear of the truck, those hold the hyper-velocity micro missiles which use kinetic energy to kill incoming missiles and aircraft (well, only aircraft in SP). Of course those won't be holding the AIM-9X's or AIM-120's.
@Hedero
I think FSX, particularly steam edition still holds up today with the performance improvements DTG gave it, and the fact they bundled all the FSX versions into one easy-to-install pack for only $24. But there is a tool called "Blender2FSX" that allows you to create airplanes for FSX using blender. Well, if I can create my planes in SP and then export them as an .obj file & import them into Blender, that should greatly cut down on development.
Pontiac IMO made some of the best & most creative concept cars. The Banshee IV is drop-dead gorgeous! Too bad GM axed them; I think Pontiac could have stayed around as a performance brand.
My plan is to create the model (or use a model/plane) from SimplePlanes, then export & import it into Blender, and from there use the Blender2FSX tool to convert it as an FSX aircraft. Although its not that simple, and I still have to learn the B2FSX tool and watch the lengthily tutorial on YT on creating FSX aircraft from Blender. And I wont be starting any of this until I'm out of school in 2-3 weeks.
Now don't get too excited about this, but is it alright if I can use your Wilga 2000 Draco and WIP Freedom Fox and try to convert them to FSX? I want to try my hand at converting SP planes to FSX, and I'm starting with my Greenhorn plane I made not too long ago. My main project is to create a Sonex Onex, but I also want to try converting your Draco to FSX.
I think I got a little too carried away with this build. It was supposed to be a low-part count/mobile friendly truck that would be outfitted with the air defense system I'm making for EternalDarkness's challenge, but now it's blown up to a +200 part build, and will probably be around 300-400 once the air defense systems are installed. But that's not totally a bad thing, as I'm VERY pleased with how this truck came out and how much detail I put into it, making it my first ACTUALLY GOOD, original vehicle in SP. And with the amount of detail it has, it will hopefully earn me a ton of upvotes & downloads.
@Carbonfox1
Oh nice. I live across the mountains from you in Arlington, WA. I chose Moses Lake/Grant Co Intl. Airport as my fictional company's HQ/home airport because of how open it is out in Eastern WA and the LOOONG runway Moses Lake has. Its perfect for Rainier's future SSTO shutte service. I originally wanted to build the new facility outside of the airport on the NW side, but it looks like there are farm fields there, so I just decided to build it in-field.
@Strikefighter04
Thanks!
@SimpleBoii
Awesome, I'm glad you enjoyed it and it works very well for your mission!
@EternalDarkness
Great!
Link to the Jaeger A-AADS which has been released!
@Strikefighter04
Thanks, and btw its been released!

Oh cool a radar dish that completely retracts and folds itself!
Awesome!

@1423448204
Thx!
Awesome video!
Winch launches must be one heck of a ride!
Wow I just made a tic tac UFO and this challenge appears lol.
What servers is this on? I'm part of the SPMP Event Organizers and SP Builders (SBC) servers and I haven't seen this kind of stuff yet.
@TheFantasticTyphoon
Sure I can help, but only after June 13th (when I got out of school).
Cool flying wing design!
Awesome! I gotta try my hand at "mothership" aircraft again now that magnets are a thing in SP.

If you have steam its $13 for PC
@ACEPILOT109
Cool, thanks!
Sweet!

What do you think? Is this current set-up too OP?

I made this plane dirt-simple so it will hopefully be easy for me to convert to FSX.
@Hedero
Thank you! It was actually inspired by the smaller RV-3, RV-4, and RV-8 models, although its more of the size of an RV-10 or Extra 300.
@ACEPILOT109
thx!

Oh, that's hot! That is hot!
A swiveling tail-rotor? Interesting. Tag me please!
Can I throw a brick into it while its on?
