I don't think iOS can do that. On Steam it's done through the betas branch (where you can pick a specific version of the game to install/run), but I don't believe there's an equivalent feature on iOS, at least not legitimately from the App Store.
Sounds like an ambitious project! You might have better luck looking for assistance on an engineering or CNC forum rather than an indie sandbox videogame, though ;)
I think maybe 1 comment that was a "hey calm down guys" sort of thing in response to a big comment argument (the whole chain got deleted so mine went with it).
@TheOfficalMarylander You mean the "Report" button accessed by the drop-down options menu right next to the reply button, for a person to put in genuine bullying, harassment, or other problematic problems, that gets sent directly to the site moderators? Complete with a text box for the same?
@LJh1 I use a computer, but regardless planes don't take up very much space at all. To take up a single GB would require somewhere in the vicinity of three to four thousand planes, and even then that would only be 1/32 of your storage. I think there are probably other things on your phone that are taking up a lot more of your storage than SimplePlanes.
If your device is running out of storage, there are almost certainly more effective ways of fixing this than deleting your planes. SimplePlanes plane saves are quite small, actually.
I've got almost 700 planes and in total they take up less than a quarter of a gigabyte.

The reason that mods are no longer supported on iOS/Android is because Apple and Google have both decided to prevent "third-party" (read: player-created) code from running on their devices. Jundroo had no control over this decision, and is not responsible for the inability to support mods on iOS/Android devices. This has been the case for several years now, and is quite unlikely to change.
(Actually, I don't remember if iOS even ever supported modding in the first place.)
The leaking fuel vapor trail effect was only around for a very short time. It's shown in the Damage Control update trailer but was removed for a reason that I'm not aware of.
If you're referring to an actual texture of a bullet hole or something, that's never been a feature.
Yes, tagging someone on an unlisted build is also a good way of sending something (e.g. a work-in-progress build) to someone else so they can tinker with it.
@Majakalona Yeah, they sell ones that plug in to a USB port for when you need the extra storage (for games that you only play sometimes but take up a lot of space, or for files you don't need very often, or stuff like that).
I'm on a laptop too but have one of these; it works great when I need the extra storage but I can keep it in my desk when I don't need the stuff that's on it.
...How have you used 472 GB?
Also, a much more effective way of storage management would be to buy an external plug-in SSD drive. You can get like a 1TB one for under a hundred bucks.
Maybe try disabling collisions on the inlet that the winch is inside? Could be that the drogue is getting clipped into that and disconnected since the inlets don't have a hole in their hitboxes.
@TheFlightGuySP I haven't posted anything in literally over a year and I don't think anyone's noticed lol (maybe I should do another challenge?)
But yeah definitely focus on quality over quantity; plus it's more satisfying to post one build that you spent weeks on rather than three or four builds that you hammered out in a day or two.
Blueprints, fuselage slicing, and an understanding of how to combine multiple parts of different shapes to produce more complex structures (see the official Sea Plane for an example of the latter two).
Use cannons (the CIWS lasers can't target cannon shells)
Get closer (releasing weapons later means the CIWS has less time to lock and destroy them)
Use more (If you fire like 12 missiles you might be able to overwhelm the CIWS since it can only target one at a time and takes a few seconds for each missile)
However, the most effective option is probably to just fly around behind the base and drop a bomb or two as you pass over it, since you'll be out of view of both the launchers and the CIWS.
Were you locked on to a target? Missiles can only be fired (excepting methods like detachers) if they're locked on a target.
+2If I'm reading that correctly, that's four steps plus impatience...
Dunno why you pinged me on this, but it looks great!

+4Report them to the moderators (little arrow button on the corner of the comment -> Report) and don't engage further.
Also, blocking them will prevent them from commenting on any current or future posts you make.

@keechmyth Update 1.12.200 was the last update for SimplePlanes, aside from fixes for critical bugs if they pop up in the future.
