@TheLoadingGorilla IIRC at least in SP1 giving a cannon a 0.0 second delay would make its fire rate dependent on world speed. That is, it'd fire faster in slow motion than it did with time sped up.
I'm LIVE in this jar and I am DYING to get out and I can't STAND being in here another minute or I will SCREAM loud enough for all the peoples of the world to hear.
Jokes aside, SILVERPANZER's answer is correct. Be warned, SP2 seems to limit top speed for legacy engines and wheels differently than SP1, so if you want to use what you make in SP2 perhaps keep that in mind before your car flies off at 400kph.
@Boeing727200F SP2 cannons are deeper, but still not great. Unfortunately I doubt Jundroo has the budget for WT-level sound design.
@YishFish42 I know that, I just didn't know that each engine had its own sound for overspeeding.
I don't listen to albums. When I hear a new song it's virtually always by accident, even from creators whose other stuff I like. I have a strange but strong reluctance to listen to things I've not heard before.
That said, I've been listening to a lot of Caravan Palace. Sort of.
@Boeing727200F Go harass LunarEclipse. Place enough random pixels and you're bound to paint her house eventually. We (I) call this (as of right now) the "Etho's Birthday" method.
@Boeing727200F On Earth some lifeforms develop bodily poisons to discourage predators from eating them.
In SimplePlanes 2, things work a tad differently.
@32 OH MY GOD YES
ESPECIALLY when you're doing mechanical things! Autonomobile 10000 sounds bloody awful, since it has two drivetrains each with a clutch, differential, differential lock, and power transmission gears. Constant thudding. CONSTANT.
@Boeing727200F I mean, could you at least make some semblance of form? Maybe a sketch? Better than the ugly mess as-is.
I turned one scribble into a crude shark (and had to erase some), but it's not super easy for me.
@YishFish42 Hm? Forgot engines could overspeed since they're usually on automatic trim.
Didn't know they had unique sounds. I've probably never heard that one before. Heh.
@SimpleStudent Agree on all.
@Michiganstatepolicethe2nd I disagree, the faint sound removes all the fun in a big gun. Granted, the fun parts of big guns don't exist in SP to begin with.
@Mrcooldude Gonna have to check it later.
@Boeing727200F Hm? Personally I think it sounds better, a much fuller and less annoying sound, and it's tied to the fire rate now.

@TheLoadingGorilla I missed it. Was asleep at the time.
@Randomplayer I just learned a new name for the FitnessGram pacer test.
I can earmark one for you!
@Monarchii What about... uh... a candy cane?
@Monarchii Say that fives times fast...
"Here we can clearly see" ass post.
Cool analysis nonetheless.

@TheLoadingGorilla Somehow never occurred to me to try...
Granted, my single-rocket craze was years ago.
he is shiting bulets
+1@TheLoadingGorilla Eh, I have internet.
Sometimes spotty internet, but internet.
I'm LIVE in this jar and I am DYING to get out and I can't STAND being in here another minute or I will SCREAM loud enough for all the peoples of the world to hear.
@TheLoadingGorilla That's possible?
@YishFish42 Which is normal?
Jokes aside, SILVERPANZER's answer is correct. Be warned, SP2 seems to limit top speed for legacy engines and wheels differently than SP1, so if you want to use what you make in SP2 perhaps keep that in mind before your car flies off at 400kph.
Give it a propeller or jet engine, wings, and make the wheels retractable.

+2@YishFish42 I know that, I just didn't know that each engine had its own sound for overspeeding.
@OverlordPrime For best or worst?
@Monarchii Perhaps. Too many magnets at once and you go deaf.
@TheLoadingGorilla Like 0.1s delay?

+1@Boeing727200F You already have USA and Canada, don't you?
+1Hm. UK, maybe?
@Boeing727200F On Earth some lifeforms develop bodily poisons to discourage predators from eating them.

@ZealousKestrel "Tuff". One of the few bits of slang that genuinely grates on me.
Yuck.
posture like a backwards shrimp
Please don't say that.
@32 OH MY GOD YES

bye bye

@avDude4 heheh
@Monarchii PropandaFrog
@Monarchii damnit
@Boeing727200F What in tarnation are you doing!?
@BIFINIX No.
heeh
+1@Monarchii Hm. Interesting use.
Magnet is annoying, but at least tells you if it's connected.
@SPsidearm Ah.
@Mrcooldude Sounds little different.
@Mrcooldude Nope. Trying to figure out how to control Cork.
@Mrcooldude Righty-O.
+1Server (and game) just crashed. Someone probably spawned a super nuke. It was barely open for a few minutes too.
@Monarchii what have i done
@Mrcooldude On.
@Boeing727200F On, if you have the time.
@YishFish42 Hm? Forgot engines could overspeed since they're usually on automatic trim.
+1Didn't know they had unique sounds. I've probably never heard that one before. Heh.
@Michiganstatepolicethe2nd VRAM, right?
RIGHT?!
@Monarchii ... I regret calling you now. Good job!
@Monarchii is it?
@SimpleStudent Agree on all.
+1@Michiganstatepolicethe2nd I disagree, the faint sound removes all the fun in a big gun. Granted, the fun parts of big guns don't exist in SP to begin with.
@Mrcooldude I don't know what that means but okay
@Mrcooldude I'm not.
@Mrcooldude Gonna have to check it later.

@SimplyElegant This isn't a SILVERPANZER situation, is it?
