Jokes aside, SILVERPANZER's answer is correct. Be warned, SP2 seems to limit top speed for legacy engines and wheels differently than SP1, so if you want to use what you make in SP2 perhaps keep that in mind before your car flies off at 400kph.
Give it a propeller or jet engine, wings, and make the wheels retractable.
Increase maxAngularVelocity (this is the xml value that determines the speed limit) in Wheel using Overload.
