As for this fighter speed, even if there is a gap un 50years doesn't mean a 20 year gap is enough to use it. In the rp, the F-16 creation should be at least in 1963 instead of irl after 1970. If you continue that way, you'll create stealth aircraft before anyone get MRBMs XD
And these speeds are just unrealistic as hell. And Mach 2 top speed? At our RP time, only jets made simply for speed could get near or touch this speed. So a 17 years early F-16 wouldn't possibly pass 990 mph. I won't say anything for the cruise speed, i believe i said enough to let you understand it is not a rush to best weaponry the fastest, but only having fun playing our realistic roles...

It would be good to specify armor thickness, effective armor, weapons penetration powers and the RP weight otherwise it can be moved to play against the oponent. But great build.

The ADATS have no equivalent in technology, and would cost at least tens of millions to developpe and research and it'd take several years, and without insurance of convenient results. All i can give a try on is an early ATGM, but upgraded, or turned for pure air purpose. No technology enables mixed roles.
If it is fine by you, it might cost C$ 500 000 to C$ 700 000.
