An 11 tons light Tank with a 37mm canon able to fire AP, APHE and HE rounds. It can aim at -7° and +20°, and manage 22 fires per minutes.
It have 14mm as front hull armor, 10mm sides and 5mm rear.
For the turrets, it got 16mm front armor and 10mm for the sides and rear.
Powered with 150 hp, it can go up to 31kph.
Uses the Torsion bar Suspentions.

@BOSSentinel depends, if it is a penetrative HE, then for some 37mm, it should be around 15 to 30g, and big HE for 37mm would be some 60 to 80g ig.
@GeneralCorpInc you know how many grains of HE filler is in a 37mm HE round?
