With all the teasers, I was expecting a lot more from this build. Hopefully, a bit of feedback will help you improve your technique.
Landing gear opens and closes with VTOL. You're on Windows, and thus capable of using XML editing. Easiest way to edit XML is Overload mod. Use this list to find inputs you need. For gear, it's "LandingGear" and min value "0".
No flaps. Dude...
Control surfaces are moving through fuselage blocks. Even stock wings are a better option than that. I think I've already linked you to the easy way to make good wings. If I haven't before, I have now.
No tail wheel. How can we steer on the ground without tail wheel?
No bomb bay. With paneled fuselage, I was really expecting a bomb bay.
Performance are close to a biplane fighter, but even more extreme. Very tight turning radius, extreme acceleration, and high roll rate. You can reduce acceleration while maintaining max speed by reducing both drag and engine power until you get correct climb rate.
This is my opinion. If you enjoy building more basic builds like this, I don't have a problem with that. However, you can do much better with just a bit more effort.

Please try to make major changes to a plane before posting it. Simply painting an object a different color, or adding a few guns is not enough to consider it your own. In the future please credit the original maker, and try to post your own work.

Not bad, you certainly have potential to be a great builder. No auto-roll at all, no auto-yaw one the runway. However, there's still a lot of room for improvements. Some details, like livery, pitot tube, and weapons would be nice. Also, custom wings aren't as difficult to make as they may seem. Roll is a bit slow due to it being initiated by wrong control surfaces. I believe F-1 uses its horizontal stabilizers as both elevators and ailerons.
@Billygoatking it's nothing personal buddy. We (moderators) have guidelines we follow. You have to put more work into your posts. Sorry to hear about your dad.

It looks very nice. No need to tag me, I'm following you. Btw, it's "Comment T to be tagged", not "Upvote to be tagged". "Upvote to be tagged" is, strictly speaking, against the rules and could get the whole post removed. I suggest you change that.
Very nice vehicle. RCWS leaves a bit to be desired though. You should have limited the gun depression by limiting "minInput" and you should have used different controls thsn for the vehicle. Aesthetics of RCWS are worse than those of the vehicle itself too.
Your kung-fu is good, Zott, but now it must progress even further. You must learn the art of custom control surfaces if you want to defeat the noobness and truly became a master.
Uncle was showing me how to pirate for Android. Happened to show me on some "boring game for kids", which, of course, happened to be SP. I got bored of it after a while. Came back to it a year later, and quickly fell in love with the game.
I am playing for the sheer joy of building. I love seeing my ideas come to life.
I believe I'm one of the most diverse "pro builders". My builds include trucks, armored vehicles, jet and prop combat, transport and GA aircraft, ships, boats, helicopters, and even airships. Fictional only though.
I am a member of SimplePlanes Masters Chat. What happens on the site doesn't matter that much to me. As a moderator, I can say this community is pretty nice and clean.
My username is centered on my philosophy. Long story short, it is the lack of existence, and thus existence itself.
@theonlyHZ1 you can post planes unlisted. Press the button in the upload menu that says "Public", and it'll turn into "Unlisted". Only you, moderators, and people you link the post to can see the unlisted post.
There is not enough improvement over the original for this not to be considered a copy. Your post has been removed. In the future, please try to post your own work.
@DOX yes, COIN basically is light attack. Info you have isn't wrong, just incomplete. Look up Pilatus PC-9, one of the most produced aircraft in the category.
Actually, they usually call them "basic trainer" or "intermediate trainer" with secondary COIN (COunter INsurgency) capability. Nice WIP though. Gonna use custom wings?
I really think you should build a MiG-21. It would look great with your technique, and I'd really love to fly a good looking and well-performing pencil.

I haven't seen you in quite a while. Glad to see you back. Nice build.
Life is too short to wait for description.

+3@belugasub no problem. I'm glad to have helped.

+10@AchuTMM works for me though.
@Zippy6 it has taken you so long I forgot I hosted a challenge XD
+3@AchuTMM should be fixed now.
@Notaleopard of course you can.
@AchuTMM eh?

@CptJacobson then you also have to remove "s" from "https" in the link.
To make images load, put an exclamation mark before the syntax. Example: . You don't even need to write any text.
I haven't issued you a strike, just removed this. There is nothing to imply that you have been hacked. Maybe you accidentally posted it or something.
Wings lose lift when they take damage, I think. Maybe it's that.

Despite the credit, changes made to this build aren't sufficient. Sorry.

I am hoping to see cleaner wings than on your previous builds. I suggest using this simple technique for that.
+2@SmokestreamAircraft uncheck "scale only selected part" in the scale menu.
Great job. Details are amazing, and I really like the traverse stabilisation system.
@SubXTribe use this. Edit "s" to "1" for max gloss.

You should have added two more parts so part count would match the year it was salvaged.
@Zott no problem. If you need help with the technique, feel free to ask.

+6PS. Great patriots whining because it's Soviet really crack me up :)
+1I agree with Bogdan. Glossy tires are a noobish mistake. Even factory new, they don't get more than 0.3-0.4 gloss. Other than that, great build.

@JamesBoA it can be .jpg, .png, .gif, or any other image format tried so far. And yes, "s" needs to be removed, at least for Imgur.com links.
@DOX yes, COIN basically is light attack. Info you have isn't wrong, just incomplete. Look up Pilatus PC-9, one of the most produced aircraft in the category.

You need to buy the game for PC. It's worth it though. It is far better on PC.

+5@luciferSVM you can use FineTuner to scale the whole build to desired size after it is done. Only takes around five seconds.
+4Very nice build. You should have scaled it down to the correct size though.
