NOTICE
Since the 1.9 update, this mod has been included in the stock game so that it can be loaded on mobile as well as PC. To use it, you should just be able to open the Mods section on the home screen, and enable it. Pressing download is not necessary.
Overload - In-game XML modding
It's here! XML mod from inside the editor!
It's fairly easy to use, to edit part properties select the modified on the dropdown at the top then simply modify the values and press the tick. You can add extra values, such as disableBaseMesh on a rotator by clicking the plus.

If you have the game on steam, I recommend you download via the Steam Workshop link. That way, you'll get updates as soon as they come out.

I now realise it's not actually that bad (after using it for a bit at 200%)
@L3FTxR1GHT it also happened to me although i dont know how to fix it
@WNP78 I made the user interface size 200% and now I can only see the bottom right corner, so I can't change the size back, I tried disabling and re-enabling overload, that didn't work. I tried restarting my phone, also didn't work. I want the next update to remove the interface size, and make the permanent size 100%.

I discovered something that I don't want to say but you can delete the cockpit by just puting primary to false and after you delete cockpit the game crashes if you try to load a map
