Any such entity is to be considered illegal under Article XV if independent from its home state._ so if Umbra can make its own decisions without interference from the government or military of its home nation, it falls under article XV as unlawful and illegal and must be dismantled because of such.

It is understandable to be like 5 years ahead like me if you pour billions into research and development, but if you have no manpower or money like RNJ you can’t just pull billions of dollars out of thin air and create a massive military 20 years ahead. I’ve been advancing at a faster rate than everyone else for the past 15 years of KE-RP, and that aligns with my GDP. I have the funds to do this because of my domain over Can’t-uh-duh, Pan-ma, Southern NIC, the Ah-frik-an colonies, and 70% of the Mid-It-Terrain-E-Yeah-N. I want realism too.
