Introduction
She is the largest fighter plane ever built. She was designed to intercept enemy strategic bombers. She was based on Tupolev's TU-98 bomber, so her maneuverability was unwieldy. When unloaded, the TU-128 can achieve supersonic cruise, reaching a maximum speed of Mach 1.5 when the afterburner is opened. The TU-128 can be mounted with four missiles, including two semi-active radar missiles and two infrared guided missiles.

The build is very nice. I like it.
I'd just like to offer a small correction to the description: Tu-128 was an interceptor, not a fighter. The role of an interceptor is as far removed from the role of a fighter as is a bomber or an attacker. It's not a plane built for air superiority, but solely for taking out incoming bombers and reconnaissance aircraft.

Wow great built. I was looking at this plane a few times on Wikipedia and am interested to build, but never did it. Now you did it nicely. Its a spotlight worthy
