I dont think this build has over 2000 parts. Someone help! I cant continue making this because it started to lag really bad on my mobile device. Help! Can someone on computer download this and figure out why this happened?

Oh! Thx! No wonder I didn't notice it; that particular part was completely dark and I didn't expect it to be something in the middle. @SledDriver
Mirror it from the other side.
Here you go, down to 334 parts. The problem was that you had some small fuselage blocks along the centreline of your build. When you mirror a build with parts like that, they double each time you mirror. So from one part you get 2, 4, 16, 32, 64, 128, 256, 512, 1024, 2048 and so on. Looks like you were at the 2048-duplicate-part stage.
How to avoid this in future: try to make your builds bigger so you're not using tiny parts. If you do have to use tiny parts, don't put them at the center. If you do have to put them at the center, don't mirror the build after that.
I'd rebuild the skoobies if I were you. XD
There aren't any duplicate parts. Idk! I removed a part from one side, and the part count only went down 1. ???
I got rid of all the scoob reindeer hybrids, and the part count was only 100. ???
