The scaled wings mantain all their lift. So you can put wings in whatever design you want, and hide them. It's incredible for me, and I hope can help you with your planes.

This is a really quick build I made with a fuselage I had in my sub assembply in about 10 minutes to test this idea, and it'ìs work (but it's ugly).

* Please, notice the wings area *

@Baldovino eh, it'll be buried in the endless void of planes, so why not make a youtube video instead?

@Watlel I have no dubt about it. I don't think to be the first. But I think not too much peoples shared this "discover" with others. So, now some builder know it. And this was my intention. :)

Actually, sorry to bring you down, but, this has been a design exploit used by many before. Look at my flying chopsticks creation, it takes advantage of it, but still. Good of you to find it.

@Derplord365101 nope, only one of two engines is mass 0 but I added it later, only because with only one the acceleration was slow, and I had to test it quickly in various tests, and the gear, also, added in a second edit for more tests (and I didnt want to move COM)

Did you edit the mass scale? That might have something to do with it.

Sleep Well I posted a pair of identical test craft (save wings) that people can fly to compare the two. The difference is lift is obvious.

Cool, and I think this makes sense for XML scaling, I guess @Baldovino

@Baldovino Sure, I'll even post a test vehicle. BTW, If I uploaded a wing from an existing small plane could you scaled down a oversized duplicate in the same shape so we could compare an normal wing to an scaled down wing of the "same size"?

Or I could just reshape the wings you posted, duh. Sorry, enthusaium must have gotten the better of me.
