Rules
- You must have over 300 points to be a Manager.
- You have to have over 30 points to be an Engineer.
- Anyone can join but you must be good at building.
- Your only allowed three positions at once.
- Anyone can be a recruiter, no matter your points.
What does an Engineer do?
- Bragging rights obviously
- Any Technion engineer, is allowed to put his best builds, that he made after he became part of Technion, in The Technion Hall Of Fame!
- support from other engineers to help you with your builds
What does a Manager do?
- If you get tagged by another Technion member to a build they are working on you are obligated to tag the rest of the engineers under you to that post.
- I don’t recommend being a manager if your not active often.
Not A Manager?
- you just help out with projects as needed. you can help with projects even if you weren’t tagged as long as your part of _Technion

Looks really interesting. What if I am a mixed builder?
I mean, this just sound all too complicated.
I would rather be the kind of "free-wrench" that helps out here and there but have no affixed job or responsibility because I may, say, be away for like 6 month at a time
