Not evevryone is a good builder. Some people just wanna share stuff because they wanna get involved with the game's community.
There's no free programme. If you want to build planes you've gotta buy normal SimplePlanes. If you have a Mac, I highly recommend you get SP on Steam since it has mod support. If you do not want to pay as much for SP, the mobile game is generally a lot cheaper.
@BestBuilderEverNOCAP If you're scared of ruining your files, you can upload an unlisted version of the aircraft to back it up.
Anyway, adding colours is pretty difficult to stuff up. It's down near the bottom of the XML code, and it's pretty obvious it's showing the materials. If you want to add an extra colour, just copy one of the rows and add it to the bottom in the same format.
The flag of Japan is white with a red circle on it. I think the "but it's a stain in the towel" represents that the circle is actually blood and the towel was used as a bandage.
If you pee on it, the flag would turn yellow
It's not a water stain because if it was, the flag would retain its colour and it will just be wet. Also most ice packs I see are just filled with water or kinda jelly antifreeze which is colourless. So not pee colour.

This is for custom screenshots in thumbnails:
- Take your screenshot
- Open the eye icon on the top right
- Click the icon that looks like a piece of blueprint.
- Set your view and open a blueprint picture. Choose your screenshot
- Move your screenshot so that your plane isn't in the way of the picture
- Adjust your zoom so the screenshot fills the frame
- Close the blueprint thing, and without moving your camera, go and share your plane.
