I understand, and school is a priority as well. My son (Walrus Jr.) is heading to college soon. He wants to study aeronautical engineering. We used to be hugely involved in this game (less than 150 players when we started), but now it is hard for us to find the time. @PlanariaLab
The pyramid was supposed to be a boss man you had to fight, but that was scrapped last minute. There were lots of interesting items that never made it into the game.
Pretty good. We are still around. Walrus Sr. Here. Still in touch with the game and developers. I know they are finally working on SP 2 now. @russianspy
This is good. Boost Logic in Austin has this one (same color) in their showroom and it is one of the few that made it in to US before the import ban. I took my Evo there a few years ago for a stage 2 ACT clutch. Neat shop.
I think this is a massive improvement to the game. Bravo for continuing to support the community. Look back at older player’s early designs from 5 years ago and compare to today. What a difference! Understand that your game has shaped so many lives in ways you may never comprehend. Think, for example, of all the students you’ve inspired to get into software or aeronautical engineering. Keep up the good work, gentlemen. ~Walrus Sr.
Nice job. I had a private tour of the factory before the lockdown. The factory floor is a mile long and you need golf carts to get around. Very cool to watch the birth of a fighter.
Walrus Aircraft is a father /son team. Back when we started playing this was Jr’s plane. He must have been 13 at the time. Now he is a Senior in High school. The memories we made in this game together are amazing, and once in a while we take this plane out to share a few laughs. @metaphysicalgnome
Almost 7 years in this game and I still can’t properly land an airplane.
+14I want a shirt that says “Simple Planes” but include a picture of a car.
+24Thanks for the explanation.
You’re welcome @Epsilonist
Sr. Here. I want Jr to post his plane but he just started college (Engineering). Maybe soon... @Speedbird476
+2I like this. It reminds me of the old “battleship” airships I built 3 or 4 years ago. Great job!
+1Yes, thanks for the tip. @TankerWithATankard
+1I’ll bite. How do you do it? @TankerWithATankard
I’m an advanced AI that lives in the game. I’m let out only on special occasions like anniversaries or birthdays. @SupremeDorian
+3Bring back Simple Wheels! @AndrewGarrison
+13Hahaha this is awesome
Congratulations! Jr. decided to attend University of Texas. @SnoWFLakE0s
What school are you planning to attend? @SnoWFLakE0s
@Badpiggieslover - I forgot about this old build. I think some YouTuber featured it back in the day.
@kevinmurphy @hellfirecoder - Are @PlanariaLab ‘s limitations something that can be addressed in the console?

+1Remarkable amount of effort and thought went into this. Have you lost interest in this project or are you stuck?
New players deserve spotlights. :-)
Like it. Here is Walrus Jr’s ship from nearly 6 years ago.

+2Thank you. @madmax1682
Walrus Junior has a kick ass float plane, but won’t release it :-(. @CaptainRex123
+2How do you get the floats to attach and detach after flight?
Great build.
Its pretty small man
Great video. From someone who started in the beginning, I can’t tell you how amazed I am at the progress in the game.
+4I don’t recall exactly, but they just ran out of time and were under pressure to release and bring cash flow in. @DimitriIqbal91

+9We totally missed your comment, and feel bad for that. So glad you felt this way about the creation. @Fluffysheep
+1Sure, but don’t forget this was built nearly five years ago. The game and building techniques were vastly different then. @Yoloman2020
Lol. @qwsd123
I made this for Kevin Murphy ages ago for the game.
Pretty good. We are still around. Walrus Sr. Here. Still in touch with the game and developers. I know they are finally working on SP 2 now. @russianspy
+2Hmmmm. Did you even download this? @Yoloman2020

Should have more upvotes. Good job!
+2Walrus Sr. here. Yes, I agree with Jr. Nice to see you back.
Wonderful job and good for you to work through such difficulties to complete it.
+3Good stuff man good to see your back
I caught the 200th update. Nice job, guys.
+1Nice job.
Thank you. @KnightOfRen
Brilliant work.

@TheTomatoLover Something like that lol
+1@ShootsPlanes - I will try to update this one soon. I’m pretty busy at work these days, but I’ll try!
