@BeechcraftA35 I see. In that case you're probably not using the command right.
It should look like say "your message with quotes".
If those quotes aren't there then it doesn't work (with the exception of single-word messages).
Well I'm sorry that you've felt offended by my comment (it was by no means my intention to do so) but ultimately it's the truth in most cases (the exception being certain popular users).
I've come to learn that people genuinely do not care about upload schedules.
I haven't posted any builds in almost 3 months and nobody's questioned it.
I'll make a suggestion on this topic. Why not spend more time on the quality of builds instead of the quantity? It's more rewarding and it improves your building skills.
@JJ0plane No, that's not supposed to happen.
That'll happen if you don't disconnect from a server before attempting to join another.
You can disconnect by typing Disconnect into the command console.
I'm not really at liberty to say too much without risking getting the red hand from a moderator, but here's the basis of it:
He deleted his account due to the amount of backlash he received from the community over some pretty questionable actions he had taken.
@Majakalona Right-click on the Assets menu at the bottom of the screen, go to Create>Material.
As for painting terrain, I'd recommend looking up tutorials or just messing around until you figure it out. It's quite simple once you learn to navigate the UI.
@32 Were you the freshman that ripped off one of the stall doors?
Or were you the one who stuffed a pizza box and ceiling insulation in the toilet?
(Joking, of course.)
@ZerkkTheSimper Ah, forgot that there were others aside from the Maywar plugin.
@BeechcraftA35 Aside from the map plugin mods Zerkk has listed, you can't download mods for Android.
I mean, technically you could try changing the file extension on any mod and risk corrupting your game files, maybe even your device.
I'd advise against that.
@ToeTips I haven't built anything like it yet.
Might mess around with something like it in the future.
I've got more project ideas than I can count lol, so I have no clue if/when I'll ever build something like it.
I do have a neat build project in the works though ;)
"I don't believe in failure. I believe in learning opportunities. So if something doesn't go as planned, just dust yourself off, learn from your mistakes, and try again. And if that doesn't work, just blow something up. It's very cathartic." - Cave Johnson.
Oh neat. Probably won't join as I've got a new aircraft project and some new map plugins in the works though (plus I don't really do challenges anyways).
@Icarus Nope. Almost everyone uses either the Japanese server or the Korean server.
There's also a Chinese server but I think it's semi-private.
It's not usually very packed. Mostly consists of the same people (including myself).
@Salah001 @Icarus That's the Korean server. It's not a new IP, just a different one.
Probably won't see as much activity as most people are probably using the Japanese server.
@NAFASIRO If you're looking to be an aerospace engineer, you'd probably be better off actually designing stuff in real life.
In terms of games, FlyOut would probably be a good choice, alongside Juno and SP.
If you want to be a pilot, MSFS/FSX/X-Plane would probably be the ideal choices.
I'm gonna be a little less pessimistic than Aviator here.
SimplePlanes is a bit old. The scripting and processes used are a bit old.
SP was never meant to be hyper-realistic. It started as a simple mobile game that eventually gained traction and a decent-sized fanbase.
However, SimplePlanes still maintains decent physics and has a very broad range of possibilities.
It's kinda like comparing apples to oranges when comparing SP to things like MSFS or X-Plane.
Anyways, I'm ranting here.
Is SimplePlanes realistic? To a degree. It's not as advanced as other things on the market (Juno and FlyOut for example), but it's more advanced than a lot of other stuff I've seen.
Edit: RCP sums it up really well.
@WaterFlavouredSpitfires They theoretically could. It's just not practical/worth Jundroo's time (and it's not always as simple as a one-time money trade-off; there's other legalities involved).
32 adds a good point.
@WaterFlavouredSpitfires
Advanced Targeting was made solely by WNP78, a Jundroo developer who added them when he joined the team in 2019.
Underwater Camera, however, was a joint-project between WNP78 and a non-developer user.
It would become a legal hassle for Jundroo to add it as a vanilla feature.
@WaterFlavouredSpitfires Doesn't matter.
The only reason Fine Tuner/Overload/other WNP78-features were able to be added is because the authors of those mods/features are Jundroo developers.
And again, legality issues wouldn't permit it anyways.
They can't do that without facing legal issues, since one of the authors isn't a part of Jundroo.
I believe WNP78 (Jundroo developer and the other author of Underwater Camera) recently said something about the fact that the borders of the islands are visible while underwater (which looks really weird) and would classify as a "bug".
Here before half of the community loses their minds again.
Jokes aside, big thanks to you and the dev team for your amazing works. Looking forward to seeing what the future holds.
Follow Husky's advice.
+4There should be a shutoff valve outside your house. Probably underneath a green plastic lid in the ground.
@BeechcraftA35 That's an issue with the newer SP versions.
+1You can fix it by going back to 1.12.128.0

@BeechcraftA35 The ping is probably high.
Have you tried submitting an official bug report?

+5@JJ0plane No problem :)

@SheriffHackdogMCPE Gone, reduced to atoms.

Refreshing to see a new modder join the club.
Looks great! Keep it up :)
Setting stability/speed too high can cause the gyro to over-correct itself.

+8You don't.
@ToeTips Yes to both questions.

@GeranKalk Guns, cannons, and rockets don't work. Missiles and bombs work if both players have explosion sync on.

I'd recommend switching back to 1.12.128 if possible, at least until things get patched.

Nice. I myself have some screenshot map ideas. Don't know if I'll ever get around to them though :/
