These are very nice and are the quintessential simple planes. What’s your methodology, are you making specific replicas for any purpose other than a back up?

I know how you feel, change traction to manual from auto and set sideways traction to 0% as the default setting appears to be 300% sideways and forwards traction. @Zott

  • BAe 146 6.6 years ago

Indeed it is! Although some builders are frustratingly good with minimal parts, some make builds with daft numbers of parts. Being on windows you should be ok with either! @Falkenwut

  • BAe 146 6.6 years ago

You have the dimensions for the 146 nicely! I think you are definitely capable of doing a more detailed version as you’ve done the hard part - getting the proportions right! Try thicker wings with the use of fuselage parts for at least the front 3/4s. Couple that with windows and a basic livery this would be right catch!

This is nice, pitch response is realistic, roll however is very quick. Uncontrollably so although I am on iOS so don’t know how it is in the real world :) the wheels are rather large I feel - maybe you designed this to take off from ploughed fields I don’t know.

Thank you, this is my personal favourite replica I’ve done in terms of getting the right shape. The unsung hero of the v bombers and I used to have FS2000 and got a Cold War pack where you could fly the val. good stuff, starting to show my age now.... @RedRoosterII

I think this looks great, the features of the series are well represented although a little too exaggerated and proportionality is off. If this was your intention I’ll wind my neck in! - kinda hard to know what your intentions are though with no description.... Good stuff!

Lovely accurate replica I think you captured the shape bang on! Bomb arm works a treat although I couldn’t get the bomb to detach but that’s pribably just me. Did you know they had an automatic system to recover the dive in case the pilot blacked out! Can’t remember if they added it to a few series or across the board as the predictable recovery path made the more vulnerable to ground fire. Great stuff once more!

I don’t think there should be a points system for any post that’s not a build post full stop. It generates a social media type response that encourages players to farm away at harvesting ‘points’ and bares no resemblance to an individuals work rate/commitment/ability. For instance, SR2 has not yet gone ‘live’ yet however many “players” are racking up points in what is just a comments page of game to be! I hate to play the devils advocate but someone has to pose the question don’t they!

Nevertheless, you raise an important point and I too in the past have been subject to the never ending challenge that just ends up being ‘cancelled’ by the originator. I think all successor posts in said instance should be binned. With ref to my previous comment, this is not an abuse of the comments system and you have raised a good subject, so I shall upvote! Also, from you post history and following your work - you clearly rely on build talent which you deserve more praise for!
