@YourAverageB1BLancerSimp oooo okay, the UCF is legally recognized as part of the TAF already, and they are only allowed to designate restricted zones without government approval (aka, they can designate a no-fly zone and send up aircraft immediately during a terrorist threat without approval from the government), part of which comes from the CEO of Umbra being an officer in the TAF, they have never and will never be allowed to perform much more without government approval
The reason for this is because, say a terrorist hijacked an aircraft and had just flown into the Hexagon. Due to a section of our government receiving direct physical damage that then clogs up the military COC's work, Umbra is allowed to then secure a NFZ until higher ups in the COC determine otherwise
They can also partition cities and blockade our ports, but they arent allowed outside of Fishland's territory without prior approval
Oh, and the UCF isnt allowed to fire on anything until three members of our Military HiCom have okayed it, unless the threat has directly fired upon Fishland, in which case only one member of HiCom has to okay it (see NATO's "1-key 2-key" system, or specifically, look up the banja luca incident (I think thats right, either way it was the last real time US aircraft have fired upon aircraft of another nation and it was during the Bosnia conflict. It's linked on Scott O'Grady's Wikipedia article)

I'm not ending posts outright, I don't care about the popularity, I'm taking a break from making/posting stuff due to time and mental health related reasons, and that SP is not really something I enjoy doing, and posting isn't rewarding enough to warrant doing something I dislike

I'm 3rd chair this year in my trumpet section and with that, I get 1st part and some of the "solos" for marching band, which goes so much harder now that I can comfortably play C's out of the staff, so I'm incredibly excited for that, and I have jazz band and I'm taking college classes, so YIPPEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!
only thing is that im loding more time than usual cause of this, but whatevs
I'd also like to note, posting here doesn't feel rewarding in the slightest. I dont care for upvotes or points, it just sucks seeing that it's taken 2 years to hit gold when players who make worse are at plat. It hits a point of "why do I even do this anymore? I dont enjoy it". I might take some "commissions" but prob only for certain people I actually enjoy
For example, Pr.AC01, by far my best build, and I spent a long time on it. 15 upvotes
Tenna, one of my other best builds, but intended as a sh-tpost more than anything and didnt take long (poses took the most time), 21 upvotes
And then you look at some simple/block builds, especially from well known users, and it makes you wonder, why even try anymore?
Unless you get lucky when you start, its very unlikely you'll get anywhere anytime soon.
It's also getting depressing seeing people leave, especially people I care a lot about (like Kei), and it hurts watching people you've loved devolve into a mental state near yours when you've tried to help them as much as you can
And over time, I've lost many people, and I dont want people to cry over me leaving when I inevitably do, so as a wise man once said: "if you have ghosts, you have everything"
Fun fact! F-13 is the only US designation between F-1 and F-23 that doesnt actually exist! No aircraft was given the designation due to a fear of the number 13 being unlucky :3
@BluesynVNA I think SD might be kn a short break or smth cause I havent seen them around much, but also cause they arent required to disclose user bans, actually 90% of the time they dont
