@IceCraftGaming Probably will never see the light of day though... I gave up modding a while ago, my strengths are in the coding side of SP, and soon, wings.
@IceCraftGaming In fact, I have ideas for making a plane where I 3D model lots of parts of it in an external application (fuselage base and wing root, then wing segments, then doors and large moving things), then make a mod which adds all those parts, and assemble it in SP for a part count of around 100 ish parts. Good for potato PC users.
Looks amazing. Take your time with the cockpits, I personally spend months on mine (saying that, I have built a single plane from the update, with another in development).
@CaptFoxworth19 I half made one a while ago and scrapped it due to inexperience. After I'm done the SWL-120 wing remake, I'll make a tutorial about the whole process. I personally am still learning; this is a basic rectangular wing I made as part of my "lessons" from a friend.
@7 Yeah it's not. At least the full version (4000 parts 10000+ performance cost) won't. I am going to make a flying cockpit version, which will be curatable.
I have a massive archive of every mod ever created
(which I could download), but unfortunately the Grandmother folder is empty. However if someone provides a link, I'd like to get a copy for my archives.
@Hazerz I'm in the funky trees lab discord server, and he's completely remaking it from scratch. Yes, he did add a section on variables, but he is completely remaking the whole website.
@Hazerz That's fine, I do realize all the earlier vids were actually part SWL-120 progress updates, and part variables tutorial video. I need to create a more refined tutorial.
Actually, here's something even better (you'll have to wait a while, I'm not sure when it will be out): Snowflake0s is updating the FT guide to be completely different. I helped refine it, and I can say with confidence it will help you and users like you understand the variables system, as well as all of funky trees.
@ILoveAirplanes I don't know, however I can guess around 2000-ish. The cockpit itself is very detailed too. I will try and make the performance cost of the flying cockpit less than 5000, so it can be curated.
@Hazerz Good question. I just... started understanding it.
+2@DeveloperKorzalerke hmmmm
+1@ColonelCanada I've heard the Andrew Care clinic actually specialises in removing hearing so you have to keep coming back, making them more money.

@Hazerz I'm not "helping" so much, I'm revising the text for improvements in writing.

+4Make sense here. Especially for single bodies with large numbers of parts, simply combining all these into a single 3D model would be cool.
viry gud pln
+5I has gud spelin a gammer.

Also T.
+1@hpgbproductions Did it, got it working. Thanks.
when
@jamesPLANESii I think I'm basically making X-Plane but SP. And yes, everything will work, such as an advanced autopilot, and a waypoint system, among many other things.
hmmm muffler
+1I made it even better.
+1I tried that now, and I didn't notice any difference.
Note this is when I zoomed out in orbit or chase view.
@hpgbproductions Okay, thank you, will do.
@LEDOverCharge My PC specs are these. I'm the one who tested it and flew it, at a measly 30 FPS.
+1Way better than my plat special
+1ooooof
The text parts use tags. A very handy resource which many people use can be found here.
Little question, how do I make it so the volume decreases as I zoom out? Every other part in the game does it, why not this?
Mate, I can run 8000 parts. Or even 20200 parts. Part count will not deter me from downloading anything.

+1Random thing, but the link to the PID controller information isn't defined. It just links back here, like the url wasn't pasted in.
+1If you'd like, I can host the source code on my drive. I already have a copy saved too.
+1If @klm747klm747 made a car.
@Hazerz What I meant is it doesn't show people your (the account of Hazerz) favorites.
+2@Hazerz Yes, however that link takes you to your own favorites, for example I see my own favorites.
+2@Hazerz I know that link, I was talking about the user who asked in the beginning.
+1@Hazerz That doesn't work. It takes you to your own list.

+1I use the right side. After I do the initial mirror, I add details from random sides.
+1And then SpicyNinja returns with something which gets even more upvotes

@Hazerz Watch my three variables tutorial videos. Filter my posts by videos, and find them.
+2@Hazerz True
@ILoveAirplanes If you want to fly something with a detailed cockpit, check out the SWL-10.

@ILoveAirplanes I don't know what you mean. The cockpit has walls, plus this is a more recent forum post.
@CaptFoxworth19 Of course it is. In fact I'm building that right now. Here's a picture.
+1@MRFOXY09 The old wing for the SWL-120.
