MDS is currently developing a light mobile modular platform (LMMP), it is both rugged and capable of integration with multiple systems including Cruise missiles, SAMs, Rocket systems, AA + AAA, and light artillery. It is being designed around a pre-existing LAV concept and should be ready soon. Would this be sufficient for the design proposal? (Fitted to your government's original request of course)
