enable suspension on the wheels, i recommend to set the spring to around 0.08 and damper around 0.5-1, also disable collisions on them

If your wheel is floating while resizing, try to lowering the suspension strength! 50% of strength is sometimes enough.

you could try lots of wheels next to each other that are unscaled, and have collisions turned off, but this would impact performance cost quite a bit
