on 7:25am, on the 10th of January 2026, the southwestern section of the Rhistaka National Air Museum and veteran pilot cemetery was caught in a horrible electrical fire after 2 loose wires came in contact, and while no lives were lost or harmed, something so much more valuable was lost...
The southwestern section of the museum is dedicated for pre DWW2 aircraft, and a lot, if not all of the displayed ones were primarily made of wood, meaning that they easily caught fire, and one of these aircraft was the last surviving Meriko A-1 Red Robin, the first Lasa aircaft ever produced, the first aircraft of the RLAF (well, the ILAF at the time) and the vehicle that brought the Lasa man a taste of the sky.
