I think the reason you’re playing auto rolls it’s because both propellers are spinning the same direction make the propeller spinning opposite directions to cope with this problem

Bacicly the part that mimics the part that gets destroyed, for example let’s say the engine, when The part that mimics the engine gets destroyed all parts attached to it fall off unless you’re connected to something else, so basically I just Connect the actual engine to the part that mimics the engine. +1It’s too heavy, try to set some of the part mass to 0 don’t do this to at actual wing parts. Also your center of mass is too high and far back
