For the second one, you can easily adjust the caster angle of a car that's designed to do so without much issues and the car will still run fine
For the 3rd one, yes. Although you will have to take into consideration the compressing under load of the control bases if not done correctly, and that the Y-Axis is unremovable which can make suspension design tricky, somehow
For the 4th one, yes. The shorter your spring as per adjusted in XML, the smaller the travel with little to no stiffness change

You can change all of that to your own style as well as add something new to it. Unless you meant the wheels that rolls, because only custom rims are allowed on them. The wheel type must always stay as either Landing Gear, Racing or Performance

Started off during the classic 1.9 days, somewhat nearing 1.10's release. I remember the Bush Plane being my first plane that i ever flew and i figured out controls right away when i first installed SP 1.9 on my cousin's old tablet
