@Freerider2142
So far I have 82.9 hours total time of virtual flying on FSX (that's serious, actual flight time, not fooling around in an F-18 escorting Air Force One lol). I also have about 5 hours of flight time in a real airplane, about 2 hours in two different Cessna 172's and the other hours have been in my friend's Murphy Rebel kitplane.
@Texasfam04
I came close to doing that on my account but then I realized What's the point of deleting all this hard work? All those hours spent into these designs would be nothing and meaningless. If you don't feel like playing SP for awhile you don't have to delete your account. Yea I now see account deletion pretty pointless (although I still think it should be available to do in case someone really does want to delete an account).
Anyone who builds a YF-23 on SP will get an upvote + spotlight from me because the YF-23 is one of the sexiest planes to ever grace the skies and it's sad it wasn't chosen. I hope Japan gets some hybrid of it from Northrop Grumman for their F-3 Fighter Program.
Ok I made some improvements on the control module. I still get some lag and the CCTV still does glitch out a little at higher altitudes but it's a little better than the first rendition.
@Texasfam04
Np! Not sure what I'm gonna do for the heli challenge, not to mention I've never done a heli in SP yet. I'm probably gonna try to do a coaxial-rotor helicopter with a turboprop or something at the rear in a similar fashion to the Sikorsky S-92 Raider.
Yup. The future of aerial warfare is missiles. Why do you need super-maneuverability when you'll have insanely fast and agile missiles? Not to mention missiles are only becoming more smarter, precise, accurate, and more difficult to evade.
This is why the USN and USAF aren't concerned about super-maneuverability with their F/A-XX and F-X 6th gen fighter programs. The next generation of fighters will focus on speed, range, stealth, electronic warfare capabilities, lasers, and having a much bigger missile payload.
The days of dog-fighting and aerial gun-slinging are over.
@ACEPILOT109
They are indeed videos, and then I went to GIF Maker and turned them into gifs and inserted them into my description. I had some images as well but they were on imgur and it seems imgur doesn't like SP anymore. :\

Thanks tex!
Hey happy BRRRRRT day! Would you like a cake with some extra freedom & democracy?
+3👌
+1@Freerider2142
Definitely, even using the default ATC. I'll probably start using VATSIM soon especially once I get more into class-b airspace ops.

+1Nice article! I might do something like this when I get more hours on FSX and I get my "virtual" commercial and CFI rating on FSX. XD
@Texasfam04
I'm on my 2nd day of school as a Junior at the moment.

I might do this one with my QF-65 when it's fully finished.
+1I did a prank like this a few months ago where I made another account called "upvote" and the whole theme of the account was to upvote.
Lets just say it didn't last long before my post got deleted for spam. :/

+2Welcome back bud!
Yea I just started school today as well.
OOF
@HistoricBirds
Yes I know what balls of lightning are.
@BaconRoll
Oh ok
@Texasfam04
Ah, ok gotcha.
:O
I have no words to describe how beautiful and badass this thing looks and is.
@BaconRoll
Is the SLIM acronym or name already taken?
@Mattangi2
Yes, Gestour's CCTV and Instrumentation mods. I'll make a mod-free version of my improved QF-65 but it won't have the cockpit module.
@BACconcordepilot
lol
@BACconcordepilot
wow

Btw what happened to the MAD bomb that was on the VX-40 prototype?

@Nerfenthusiast
Ok, I'll try to remember.
@jamesPLANESii
Also happy B-day!
@jamesPLANESii
Wouldn't be a bad idea to turn it into a full-motion simulator. XD
@jamesPLANESii
👌
This thing is so epic! Definitely a show stopper.
@MajesticAerospace
Ha what a coincidence. I'm currently running with Rainier Aerospace and I may or may not do Cascade Aircraft.
Ha ha I just hit 999 hours as well!

Thanks, I'm working on an upgrade for it.

The Flying Cowboys are epic.
Love the intakes on this one!
Oh it's on
+1Traitorous imgur is not welcome anymore on SP.
Let's launch a V2 at them.
@DankDorito
Nice
@Chancey21
You can see Draco in action in Trent Palmer's vlogs, Mike Patey, or Cory Robin.
Draco is a one-off turbine Wilga, only one of it's kind (There's been other turbine wilgas but Draco is by far the most epic!).

Soooo... basically a Connie?
The offspring of a Saab J-35 Draken and an IAI Kfir?
@DankDorito
Yea I know.
Iran's new fighter, the TNAF-5!
Which means TotallyNotAnF-5
