A Foo Fighter! My first physics defying craft, and UFO in SP! "Foo Fighters" was a strange phenomenon/sightings that was happening to both allied and axis pilots during the final days of WW2. They were often described as orbs of light playing cat-and-mouse with the pilots, had insane maneuverability, and when they attempted to engage and shoot them down, they always speed off or disappeared. Its unknown what they truly were; the WW2 airmen that reported the sightings first, were honest and know what they saw, and doubt they were some sort of secret German weapon. It could have simply been an illusion, maybe light from somewhere reflecting on the glass in the cockpit, or it could have been St. Elmo's Fire, or it could have really been some other-worldly drones. Who knows, but the phenomenon certainly was very strange. Only night crews experienced the sightings.

I doubt these "Foo Fighter" were armed, but I added some neat weapons including my first laser just for fun!

NOTES/TIPS:

• Top speed is easily 2000+ mph.

• The laser can work close-range but is more effective mid-long range.

• The missiles are insanely fast and can easily run into the ground if your too low, so its best to engage a target with them from a high altitude from mid-long distance.

• Designed to be used by the in-game AI, so yes, you can actually dogfight against this.

• Controls are throttle, pitch, and roll. Have fun!

A little side pet-project of mine. Started one day when I was bored and wanted to try something unique. My original version was actually far more agile and had more freedom and instant acceleration but was way more complex to control. This one control-wise is watered down so the AI can use it. If you don't have flares on your aircraft, its near-impossible to evade the missiles on the Foo Fighter because they are invisible and unpredictable.
