Now I'm wondering if there are jurisdictions where you can get a restraining order against a police officer...
Maybe off the job?
Now that I think of it, maybe a "Mod mode" would be a good feature, where a Moderator can avoid a block only if they're performing their duties as a Mod, sort of like Reddit, though I'm not sure how Reddit's Mod features work in relation to blocks specifically...
@aMosquito Yeah. The banana could've meant something, but I don't know if it actually did beyond "I can make money with this".
I will say, there is a difference between "Someone could make money with this" and "I can make money with this". One is a reflection on the state of the art market as a piece of art, the other is a reflection on the state of the art market as a get-rich-quick scheme.
I think reading that description gave me a stroke. Come again?
Let's see if I'm getting this right...
You made this thing out of respect for transgender people, though stress that you are not yourself LGBT. You do not take a strong side in this, however felt it necessary to support your cousin, who is transgender, as trans people get no respect in Uruguay.
Did I get that right?
overall I think these are great changes.
I do have a few reservations, such as hoping that Trim would be retained as an option in paint (it's familiar, yeah?). Also hoping that the hitboxes(?) around parts in the designer properly match the model, so you don't accidentally select the wrong part when trying to work in cramped spaces (e.g. the camera, which's selection-box thing seems to be like a cube and doesn't allow parts to be selected through gaps in the model).
I'm curious what the mouse joystick UI is referring to. Hopefully not an ugly, obstructing overlay?
I really hope that Overload remains in the game, since it's familiar yet powerful. Replacing its consistent UI and options entirely would be a very bad move. Of course, all options should be visible from the start instead of needing to be manually added (e.g. missile specs).
I'm quite fond of the background options. Would be helpful when you're too lazy to go out and take a screenshot, but don't want the ugly designer.
@aMosquito You're mistaken. Completely mistaken.
There is no singular hell, there is no afterlife. Those exist on a per-universe/cluster basis, if at all. Many don't have them. Most don't.
Views of one's own universe being central or of particular importance are common throughout the Greater Multiverse, however are incredibly incorrect. This "dark lord" guy you speak of is most definitely just some LesserSubMajor. To quote a semipublic Soian source, a LesserSubMajor is:
Semistandard jargon denoting a divine entity wielding largely supreme power within its own universe. Most universes do not have them, some do. Greatly outshone by Superpower entities, but still something of a threat to a disabled lower-mark unit.
A local threat. Your problem. Regardless of how great your own peril may seem, it's yours and yours alone. Any attempt for such an entity to go on some self-deluded conquest would very quickly end up with it getting a UD boot to the face.
Really my fears rest primarily with some backdoor open to PA-002. That guy is the aforementioned missile. Not some omnimalevolent demon, not really an issue for almost everyone in existence, but very dangerous to a Soian associate such as myself.
@aMosquito If you're making such a statement then you're pathetically ignorant of the true size of existence as a whole.
As someone who's worked with Soia for years now, I can tell you that with absolute certainty.
Think of it this way:
You're a civilian walking along the road when suddenly a tank pulls up. It matches your speed, maybe the crew makes small talk, but otherwise aren't being a problem, you think. You're a noncombatant, after all. No biggy, right? Wrong.
While you might not be a target, goodness knows that an antitank rocket, even one that won't harm the tank, coming in would spell your doom. You have the unfortunate privilege of standing besides something that hardly feels what would maim you to merely hear.
You're in the mineshaft with the dynamite. You're not part of the rock face, but it'll hardly matter when it goes off.
@aMosquito Uh huh.
It kinda does matter, seeing as Soia has put the Tumour at risk by not properly securing it against other foreign universal involvement.
This is the kind of shit that caused the Fourth Great War of Anstrake.
Connor Mckenzie can tell you all about how that went down. Spoiler alert: Not Fun (TM).
@aMosquito Greater Multiverse. Has that never come up? The unfathomably gigantic nature of existence.
Anyhow, it would seem that the Tumour is in fact not as isolated as I was led to believe, and has its own interdimensional connections apart from Universe-1.
I am not pleased that this was kept from me.
Now, what would be more insulting for a robotic angel? Being called the crunch in ice cream, or a red-hot suppository to normalcy?
@aMosquito ... I think you've confused the Martian Union for another Mars.
On that same note, I have to send a very angry letter of complaint to my dearest Soian higher-ups.
@aMosquito If you want to buy a resource from Mars, purchase through the Martian Union itself.
We have a respectable mining industry, however have little tolerance for "foreign investment". Graingy is a rare exception, because it aligns quite closely with us ideologically. On top of that, we have our own defence systems. No need for protection. In the exceedingly unlikely case we're facing heat we can't handle ourselves, we have Soia for such hypothetical instances.
I'm not a member of the Union government, though I have pull by nature of my ties to Graingy. I could shoot up a message asking about it.
What resource are you looking to buy?
@THEROCKMAN1 Old enough to drive, not old enough to have committed vehicular manslaughter. Yet.
@aMosquito UAC?
@PlaneFlightX I'd defer this nonsense to my boss, but he'd probably just ignore me. As usual.
While I agree that remaking disasters so soon after they happen is rather tasteless, the rules do explicitly forbid memorial craft.
+1Oh? You don't say?
+1I never could have guessed it was the same name.
It's almost as if they use the same unified Jundroo account...
Reminds me a bit of Graingy. Sort of.
+1Now I'm wondering if there are jurisdictions where you can get a restraining order against a police officer...

+1According to Google, PSA means "prostate-specific antigen".
+1Cool. I guess.
@KSB24
OH YEA
+1I know lol
+1@YarisHatchback What do you mean "my bad"? Nothing wrong with it, just seems a bit disconnected as-is. Perhaps consider bridging that gap?
+1Pre-marital hand-holding?
+1Thy sentence is death.

Draw a fork.
+1... Uh, by that I mean you do structures well but are less capable at drawing people.
+1Oh hey, you're like Hitler!
+1@aMosquito I beg the pardon

@THEROCKMAN1 You're wanted for tax evasion?
+1You're gonna be in danger if you don't tell me where you took my pineapple, trash rat.

Everyone else is poking fun at the pile of cars meanwhile I’m here having an actual discussion with myself about the nature of art.
+1Lmao
I don't know who you are, but welcome back regardless.
+1Splendid. Truly a pile of shit.
+1I see myself in it.
@Boeing727200F
BALLS.
+1Fact: Wario's Gold Mine is in the USSR.
+1Someone is left
+1Bonn jor
+1No base of Mars. Not the Martian Union, at least.
+1@aMosquito You're mistaken. Completely mistaken.

@aMosquito There's much, much, MUCH more dangerous things than some random "hell". That's nothing. At all.
+1Really.

@aMosquito A what?
+1@aMosquito Greater Multiverse. Has that never come up? The unfathomably gigantic nature of existence.
+1Anyhow, it would seem that the Tumour is in fact not as isolated as I was led to believe, and has its own interdimensional connections apart from Universe-1.

I see.
+1If it works it works.
+1Clearly it ain't working.
@THEOKPILOT Why are you still playing 1.8?
+1@THEOKPILOT 1.8.9? You mean Minecraft 1.8?
+1I have no idea what 1280 compares to relative to a 16:9 display, frankly.
At about 14p and 30 fpm, I'm sure.
+1@X99STRIKER Are you living in 1942?
+1The 4:3 really sells it
