@CoolPeach it's difficult without Fine Tuner multi-edit option. I had to overlap all pieces manually. They have to overlap smoothly. But that B-17 is still great.
@CoolPeach here's my build that uses that technique, although somewhat undeveloped and with a lot fewer parts due to performance of the device I was using.
@CoolPeach Johndfg used it a lot. I used it once, on Android, and managed to get it very smooth even though I was getting a lot of lag. That was months ago, when I didn't have as much skill. If I practiced the technique further, I would be able to build hollow builds like TSAD. Maybe I can build like that even without practice, Doesn't look too hard with new type-in values for fuselage blocks.
Nice. If this group lives up to what is written up there, you'll have my support (in case you happen to need it). I already see some great guys applying for it in the comments below. Just beware of noobs calling you elitists, because your requirements are similar to ours.
@OtterOfToast the thing is, they are not even using a script. They are just that good at building. I know a few guys from TSAD. BaconAircraft is one of them.
@OtterOfToast let's just not talk about it too much. There was a bit of drama, and now it's dying down. TSAD are a group of Chinese builders, BaconEggs doesn't like them, and it's settled now. We've been having fun without you, and now that you're back, we'll have more fun :)
You couldn't just find one of the posts with almost identical text, and simply give it an upvote of approval? This is getting boring. Posts like this one were a thing even before I joined, almost 2 years ago.
@GhostHTX I usually leave control surfaces behind the fuselage cover, which so thin that the transition looks somewhat smooth. Alternative are control surfaces on rotators. And yes, keyboard input instantly gives 100% output (deflects control surface to its max angle). That causes anything that uses stock elevators to wobble on pitch input.
No problem. Just one question. Why did you leave control surfaces inside the wings? Seeing them glitch through the fuselage pieces kills the joy. Also, pitch is terrible. Whenever you can, use custom elevators. Stock control surfaces are too fast, causing shaking along the longitudinal axis.
Download Overload mod, open a part in editor with it, and to the line that says Disable Collisions replace False with True for all parts that should move through other parts
@SledDriver agreed. If he doesn't deserve gold, remove upvotes and get him below gold. We have more than enough of Platinum level builders with bronze level builds.
@AstleyIndustries thanks. Try it out.

@OtterOfToast as for a pleasant comment, I don't hold grudges. I don't even remember we had a grudge.

How about a patrol boat?
Lol
Congratulations, train guy :)
Don't push yourself. Set your own pace. Gold celebration build is common, but not mandatory. Nothing to apologize for.
Good job. It's great.
Woah, it's a monster. Great job m8.
@SledDriver sounds fun
@CoolPeach sure can. It's a great build. I'm usually not a fan of WW2 planes, but this is just impressive. Keep up the good work.
Nice. Smooth flying. I landed it on USS Tiny without even throttling up (I flew sideways with rcn). Quite destructive.
Very nice for a new user.
What's the point of jet stream if you're not gonna look at it?
@SimonGlaser no problem
Nice, has that trippy look from the side. Very agile.
@SledDriver no problem
@lllKenlll no problem. It's a nice ultralight. Just a bit too heavy and too fast.
Very nice. Holds given altitude, and blows up anything I point it at. Great job m8.
Extremely stable, and extremely destructive. Great job. It took out the USS Beast fleet with ease.
Lol, I have managed to land it. Great maneuverability
@Dllama4 thank you
Works like a charm
@GermanWarMachine ok

@Farmlad ok. Andrew (probably) will need that data to pinpoint the bug. He asked for it on other posts reporting the same problem.
@Farmlad please say what device you are using. It means a lot in search for a bug. Also, what app store did you get SimplePlanes from?
@AnderGarrison here's another user with this problem.

Here you go
I'm on it. It'll be up in a minute or two.
@SquidMan420 no, but you can strip down the military version.
@Sirbasics no problem
Good job. Deserves more attention in my opinion. You have obviously invested effort into this build.
Congrats on the feature
Rudder, not aileron. Aileron is a control surface for roll. It looks great so far, can't wait to see more of it.
@SlimyPotato894 oh. Find someone to remove collisions for you. I'm not available for the rest of the day
@BlazeInfinity who'd think you'd say that? XD

@Leyton123 of course. I'd love to see what you made.
@Tully2001 thanks. I'm sure you can. Give it a shot.

Looks sweet. You can't add too many details to a build of that scale. Also, beats my old carrier by a lot.
@Leyton123 sure
