@ThePrototype I did not apply. I was selected, probably on recommendation from my friends who were already moderators. I did however want that position in order to better use my persuasion skills to help the community. Oh, and there is also a bit of prestige, and it was the only thing left for me to accomplish in the community.
@FastDan the one that looks like Short 360? It was made in very early beta (I was a beta tester) and it is just a proof that a plane can be made to look decent and function with SR2 parts and physics. It's not really good. I used sliders to control it, as keyboard is too inaccurate across its speed range.
@StallFlight that there is no excuse for a 250+ part build not to have custom control surfaces :)
Just kidding, of course. I haven't communicated over the internet before SP. Having joined SPMC, I have greatly improved my English, and I have made friends world wide. I can't single out any specific lessons.
@DeidaraEnterprises I don't really understand the question. Shootdown of F-117 by S125 Neva M of 250 Rocket Brigade of Air Defence of Republic of Serbia is a historic event. I haven't heard of the shootdown of F-35.
@BogdanX
6: ugh... this one, I think. Not because it's my best ship, as it no longer is, but because of how much I enjoyed building it and coming up with ways to do things.
@BogdanX
1: C. Most definitely C. With a bit of A, as I lose motivation with replicas within seconds and working on them becomes extremely annoying.
2: I like both visuals and functionality. A perfectly flying potato is still a potato. However, a good looking build what doesn't work isn't good either. However, I make an exception for those builds I know required a lot of effort and/or have pushed the device of the builder so far he just couldn't work on it any more to make it perform properly.
3: I usually do a fair bit of research for every build. I like to make fictional but realistic builds.
4: I use Overload and Fine Tuner. A lot. And Smooth Designer by mushr0om. I use background mods when uploading.
5: I tend to focus on realistic look, without much eye candy stuff. I do however like to make those realistic details stand out a bit so they don't get missed.

Please try to make major changes to a plane before posting it. Simply painting an object a different color, or adding a few guns is not enough to consider it your own. In the future please credit the original maker, and try to post your own work.

Main gear seems to be too far back. It should be up to half a meter behind CoM. Control surfaces are way too far apart. Other than that, good looking build.
That's a nice idea. However, it's not really a priority to the devs, I believe. Also, it would greatly increase the risk of accidentally removing wrong build.

@CarnationRED sorry it took me so long to respond. Unfortunately, I can't find crash report. Apparently, it happens if I try to upload with the mod active, regardless of weather I'm using pictures made by it or not.
Moderator here. @WNP78 is 100% right. Builds cannot contain any malvare. Mods are not checked by the staff, and, as the in-game disclaimer says, Jundroo is not responsible for damage done by mods. We haven't had any malicious mods here, though. All currently available ones are safe.
@Romantic I think there's enough difference for this build to be acceptable. It offers different functionality, credits the original, and it's a successor to your build.
@Spectre2520 some builds get featured to the front page of the site by moderators. Those are particularly good builds made by low level users. We don't feature as much these days, since a spotlight does the job better.
@Tw1st3dPs7ch0 devs generally don't do name changes anymore. Only if you have a very, very good reason. It seems that they often don't even respond to such requests. I can't help you with that, unfortunately.
IRIAF will be back after two weeks. He got temporarily banned for circumventing successor system, which is one of the more serious offenses here. As for "American justice", I'm Serbian. Serbia is on neutral/good terms with Iran and still bitter at USA. So, that argument is invalid.

My game crashes when I try to use this mod (four times in a row, with a build that my PC runs smoothly). It usually crashes some three seconds after I open the upload menu, as soon as it loads screenshots as thumbnails.
@BogdanX to be honest, I don't see the point of dividing people by ethnicity, I don't see a point of religion, or the point of mourning the dead. Yet we have all those things.
@jamesPLANESii this mod isn't getting removed as far as I am concerned. However, builders who would use it for false advertising can expect their builds to be removed and strikes to be issued.

+1@FastDan I don't have SR2. I'm planning to buy it as soon as possible though.
@BogdanX well, if they do, shootdown of F-35 will be another historic event.

Thanks for a nice set of questions :)
+1@RailfanEthan I have never considered that. One account is enough, and I've never felt a need to make an alt.
+1@DestinyAviation your builds are quite good. I like them. If you need any specific tips, you can ask me on SPMC. Feel free to tag me.
Ok. But realistic planes, or at least realistically proportioned unrealistic planes, tend to get far more upvotes.
Needs more proportion. You should study pictures of planes similar to those you are making to get a better feel of proportion.
@JediWolf that's nice.
@Benny3053 no problem. I love to help others improve. Gives me better builds to play with.
I suggest this.
You really ought to learn how to panel canopies. These are getting a bit repetitive.

Not bad at all. Maybe write a little bit of lore for it to make playing with it more immersive?
Nonono, you got it all wrong. All people want is a cannon.
+4At bronze level, I'd expect you'd know better than to copy from a moderator.

@BogdanX optimally, we would be able to xml edit that.
No problem.

+1I've been here for three years, and I'm pretty sure we're getting neither of these.

Nice video. Tag me on future posts like this please.
@DemonSniper8 true that. And user posting it would be immediately permanently banned.

+9I suggest trying something I failed at: design a biplane for the 21st century. A successor to the great An-2 that is not a hideous An-3.
+5There are existing guns like that all over the site. Find the one you like and ask the maker for a permission to use it.
+1A build cannot be a successor to a forum post. You must make a challenge post that is a build. Put effort into the challenge post so it gets noticed.
@Romantic I think there's enough difference for this build to be acceptable. It offers different functionality, credits the original, and it's a successor to your build.
It looks like you simply removed the deck from the truck and posted it. Your build has been removed as a copy.
@Spectre2520 it's a spotlight that will only show it on the front page.
