@ThePilotDude WNP78 suggested that it's because of how SP models wheel physics. So you can't really fix it but you can mitigate it's effects. I minimized it by adjusting the wheel friction and increasing the size of the vertical stabilizer.
@Nerfenthusiast the thing is though, sometimes it's tricky. if you over correct, you'll have to abort the takeoff. I've since mostly fixed the problem.
I think the U.S Navy should be more concerned with acquiring frigates first, the Ticonderoga seems adequate. compared to countries it's likely to face, any shortcomings seem to be supplemented by the Arleigh Burke's.
Good work on this, the shape is quite nice, and I like the work you put in around the bomb bay, but I think there is a number of things you could improve on, some are easy fixes for future builds but some might require some time.
Firstly, you can disable the base mesh on the rotators to make them over all cleaner. Another thing would be to set flaps to VTOL instead of trim and to work on the general shape of the wings, I think they could be cleaner so work on not having gaps between the control surfaces and wings.
Also there is a problem when rolling/ pitching where the plane suddenly jerks towards the direction of roll and it's quite irritating, try disabling collisions in the control surfaces and such. Flaps in itself don't seem to do anything at all, maybe try just having control surfaces without wings in them, and hide scaled down wings inside the body or wing roots that can act as flaps when placed on rotators?
Lastly, having your plane accelerating at 30+ G's would probably liquidize your organs, you don't need engines that powerful. the problem is that you have 14,000 drag points. try decreasing that to about 2000-3000, that way you can decrease the engine's power multiplier and increase it's max power to increase acceleration time and generally be much more realistic. Overall really good work, keep it up!
@ThePilotDude To be honest, not really. I've never had this problem before 1.89 and so it's a new problem for me as well. It might be the CoM is too far away from the main landing gear but if I change that, I mess up the entire flight characteristics of the plane.
@ProcessedPlAnEs you won't have to wait lo g hopefully, I just have to work out this one annoying issue with the plane veering slightly on takeoff, without correction you'll soon Lutz too much correction and you'll also spin out
@ProcessedPlAnEs yeah I'll test the BnZ capabilities, if they're not up to par I might reduce the drag, right now I have the engine at a realistic HP rating.
@ProcessedPlAnEs Yeah but I only have the P-51A and A-36 unlocked in WT, but I don't think I'm going to mess with the drag points anymore, it's at about 1900 with the drop tanks on atm, climbs well at 20 degrees but loses speed past that, has a top speed of 360mph on the deck and about 450 at 24500ft.
@ProcessedPlAnEs It's actually modeled after the C's specs, so just a little higher top speed, a lot better range because of the center fuel cell. And I should hopefully have it uploaded in a few days :)
Oof I have a replica but it has the mostly realistic flight characteristics and fuel capacity so it's super heavy and an energy fighter. Not so good with the AI who just head on each other, turn around and repeat, or turn fight until one turns into the ground.
This is a very interesting looking design for sure, the gear will be retractable right? If not that seems like it would negate the looks of the rest of the build.
@Kakhikotchauri1 why would you need a new flap part? A lot of people have been making their own flaps and I hardly think a vanilla part would give you more of the level of control and such that we current can do with either VTOL input or custom made flaps.
@xGeneralFischx Pretty sure you can run both in browser so that excuse is out the window, and they both would work much better than an online forum such as this and in manner that RP'ers are using the SP Forum.
@xGeneralFischx But I don't see the problem with not having Discord or Reddit, both are completely free and they work well so I don't see any reason not to get them?
While it looks really good, I think the flight characteristics could use some work? the pitch feels over sensitive and the roll seems a tad bit under responsive. But I think that's about it
Literally no secret method other than rumored scripts? You just have to build enough where you skills get better, gradually begin incorporating details and such only when you feel that you are able to.
@AWESOMENESS360 It cuts down the part count significantly on details, by as much as from 4 parts down to 1. Those are big savings over time, and they don't have the solid back end like the inlets
@Nerfenthusiast well your designs aren't as complex and you appear to be using a stock tail wheel.
@Nerfenthusiast yeah I know that, it's a problem with the games physics on wheels. It doesn't like taildraggers.

@Nerfenthusiast C model, and there really isn't a WEP setting in SP so.
@Reuben201103 Ah rip that sucks, but if you do get the PC version or something, but for iOS this is good work.

@IStoleYourMeme I tried to get it balanced out with drag.
Yeah I think a lot of other users can agree that it's getting out of hand and getting really irritating.

@randomusername Stalls around 95-100mph, easily recoverable.
Probably my favourite thing that you've built to date, it's so cute =3.

@SuperSix Stalin made a decree from beyond the grave.

@Awsomur Or like the last few months of WWII in Europe
@Kakhikotchauri1 can you give specifics on how it's bad? If you give specifics you may just find solutions to those problems.
@Kakhikotchauri1 why would you need a new flap part? A lot of people have been making their own flaps and I hardly think a vanilla part would give you more of the level of control and such that we current can do with either VTOL input or custom made flaps.
@Kakhikotchauri1 depending on the placement of the wing, control surface and CoM, you can achieve the affects of flaps without any unwanted pitching,
@J444427 being that I made this 3 years ago, I could do much better these days but thank you!
0:32 was by far the best part.
@Mod Congrats Mod, the Mod, Modmaker!
@WhyAreWeHere ? just to suffer?
@Tessemi It's a miracle I haven't fried my computer.
@Tessemi I have an 8 core that draws somewhere around 286 watts being cooled by a 120mm rad 😂
omG iS ReAL SoViEtWoMbLE???
@Lahoski107 I don't see why not, though a discord might work better, there can be different chats for "introducing" new weapons and whatever.
@BlueCitrus I what way would an arguably better way to roleplay be less fun?

@MisterT should've made the frigate the Helge Ingstad to poke fun at the Norwegians lol.
Do I count?
@TheDestroyer818 It's a little late for you to be up isn't it?

@Tessemi Hey! garbage CPU squad! Gang Gang!
@MisterT ah I have a 980 Ti but I'm betting g that my Fx-8350 will struggle hard
@ForeverPie The Notre Dame is a very important landmark to the whole of France and Christianity. So it burning down is a huge blow to both.
But can you do this!? Flies Sideways

Same comrade!
<- This man has 5+ unfinished WIP's because he has procrastination 100 even though they're upload worthy builds.
Mmm so many opportunities
Did somebody call?
@Kimcotupan15 Cookies hahaha
