@Karroc9522 In SP2 you'll be able to view Chad sitting in a seat, reaching out and grabbing cockpit controls, so having this reference should make it a lot easier to size cockpits correctly for VR.
This is expected behavior because clearing your browser history also typically wipes your cookies, which is where your login session information is stored. If that's removed, the site thinks you are logging in from a new device, which triggers the 2FA prompt.
@GuyWhoBuildStuff @LowQualityRepublic We'll roll it out to silvers next week if things go well this week. @PlaneFlightX is exactly right. This is an easy to way to roll it out to a limited number of users at a time in a controlled way so we can keep an eye on it and make sure the new system is working as intended.
@YarisSedan I just pushed another update, but I have not been able to reproduce the issue so I'm not sure if I fixed it. Please check and let me know. If it's still broken, please send me a link to a craft that demonstrate the issue.
@YarisSedan I pushed an update. Let me know if it's fixed on your end. I also made a bunch of changes related to caching, so let me know if you notice anything else is broken!
@PlaneFlightX The quarter and year buttons are now hidden until later in the year, as they were a bit confusing and currently returned the same results as the month option. As for the devs, we're in hiding, so you'll have to find us! The 'All Time' button has been removed from the highest-rated page for a while now. Some of the airplanes featured there were so outdated and no longer functioned well, yet they continued to receive upvotes due to their high visibility. Additionally, that page wasn’t great for database performance.
@PlanariaLab Thanks for your understanding and proactive approach. If any issues arise with your mod, we’ll contact you. We appreciate your contributions to the community!
@PlanariaLab We've updated our policy since that earlier comment. Players are no longer restricted to fuselage and block parts and are now allowed to use exported crafts from SimplePlanes in both personal and commercial projects under the following conditions:
Permission from Creators: If you plan to use community-created models, you must obtain explicit permission from the original creators who uploaded the airplanes, weapons, or other vehicles.
Proper Attribution: Please ensure that credit is given to both the original model creators and SimplePlanes within your project, such as in the credits section of your game.
Commercial Limitations: The exported models cannot be sold individually or distributed outside the context of your project.
We appreciate your interest and dedication to the SimplePlanes community. If you have any more questions, feel free to reach out.
@foury2 what issues are you seeing exactly? Also what browser and device are you using? Please contact me at games@jundroo.com and I’ll see what I can do to help
@MrPigee Also, if all goes well, we will roll 2FA out to more players over the coming weeks. We are limiting access right now to a small number of players make sure everything is solid before rolling it out to everyone.
Absolutely mind blowing to turn an airplane game into a chess game, let alone all the incredible details like the auto camera and even an animated pencil! The community never ceases to amaze me with what’s possible. Fantastic job!
I'm not sure why the upload failed. I have removed the post. Please try uploading again and see if you run into the same issue. If you do, please send me your craft's XML to games@jundroo.com and let me know if you need any assistance.
Looks like you need to edit the URL attribute of the Aircraft element in the XML to match the URL of the craft you are uploading to. Should be a six character string. Sometimes it's difficult to edit game files on a mobile device, so this would be much easier on a PC.
It sounds like you’re experiencing an issue with the Google Play Pass verification. First thing is try restarting your device. If that doesn't work then try clearing your cache:
Go to Settings > Apps > Google Play Store.
Tap Storage, then Clear Cache and Clear Data.
Also, check Your Play Pass Subscription is active:
Open the Google Play Store
Tap your profile icon, then go to Payments & Subscriptions > Subscriptions
I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble logging in. I recommend resetting your password on the SimplePlanes website, then trying to log in again in the app using the new password. If the issue persists, please let us know so we can assist further.
We believe we have identified the issue and we will be rolling an update out soon to Open Testing on Google Play. You can just wait until that's available and update to that and see if it fixes your issue.
I'm sorry to hear about the crashes you're experiencing with the beta version. Could you please let me know when exactly the game crashes and what type of device you are using?
If you're concerned about preserving your aircraft designs, you can back them up by connecting your Android device to a PC. Once connected, navigate to the following directory:
Android/data/com.jundroo.SimplePlanes/files
From here, copy the AircraftDesigns and SubAssemblies folders to your PC to safely back them up.
You can opt out of the beta by reverting to the production version of the game through the Google Play Store. This action should not cause any data loss as long as you do not uninstall the game. However, please note that while it's uncommon, I cannot guarantee that all data will be preserved in every case.
Thanks for sharing your story. It truly warms my heart to hear that our games have inspired you. Best of luck to you with your studies and thanks for playing!

+6@PlaneFlightX @YarisSedan I added d=0 back to allow searching for all time best posts, but you'll need to manually enter the param into the URL.

+2@YarisSedan I ran out of time today, but I'm hoping to get to this tomorrow. Sorry for the inconvenience.
+1@RestlessGalaxies Thanks for the kind words! SimplePlanes and Juno: New Origins are free for educators.
+4@YarisSedan Thanks for letting me know. I believe I broke this today. I'll look into it tomorrow. Should be easy to fix.
+3@jamesPLANESii That's fine with us as long as you're getting permission from original authors (if applicable) and giving credit where it's due.

+1Looks so delicious and the ratio of meat to crackers is impressive so that’s worth an upvote by itself.

I think it's a random network issue that causes this but I'll see if I can make our system fail a bit earlier instead of making a corrupted post.

Your post has been removed because it appears to have broken the website rules. You can read them here
I enjoyed checking it out in VR today. It’s a bit too much for a Quest 2 so I couldn’t curate it but it’s a very nice build. Nice work!

Nice first plane, but it does run out of fuel really fast!

+1@126 haha, I'm glad to hear it's working. Thanks for the kind words, but I am the one who broke it in the first place! 😬😅
+7@Maverick09 Great!
+1@126 The update should be available now. It's version 1.12.205. Let me know if it's working for you now.

+32I would recommend checking if you can update your graphics card drivers if you haven't already tried it.
+5@MAHADI done
+1@MAHADI okay, it's un-curated now.
Great work, @MisterT!
