We've pushed out a tiny (and I do mean tiny) beta to the Steam beta branch for SimplePlanes. This is pretty much a maintenance update to prepare for SimplePlanes 2. Here are the change notes:
- Added SimplePlanes 2 button to the SANDBOX section in the main menu
- Added special error dialog when attempting to load a craft made in SimplePlanes 2
- Updated Unity to 2022.3.41f1
- Fixed parachute activation expression not recognizing aircraft variables
There's a small risk that with the Unity update some mods might be adversely affected, but if not then it'll probably leave the beta branch pretty quickly.
HOW TO GET THE BETA
- Open the Steam client and go to your library
- Right click on SimplePlanes and click Properties
- Go to the Betas tab
- Select
public-testfrom the dropdown menu - Click Close
v1.12.208 is now out on Google Play with the following changes:

The Google Play version should be once again available to purchase in Japan now as well.

hinge rotators connections broken since at least this update:
I can't have hinge rotators connected on more than one end without it immediately disconnecting on spawn, but it shows connected in editor. Sometimes connections still work if both ends are connected to a small rotator, but adding a shock into the mix breaks this fix. making suspensions impossible to build

Hope you can look into this cause all my post recently seems to be automatically rejected and deleted by this SUPREME DORIAN 😔 Been in your site for 3 months now, had made many planes before this just happen about 3 days ago and every time i post he automatically deletes, i think this is going personal, he is very subjective i don't see the clear reason or any objective sense, hope this can be look into and be resolved since i have a happy experience in this site, and i want to continue playing games and sharing my creativity in your site and games🙏❤️

Been upset lately for my post that your community manager SUPREME DORIAN have deleted for 5 consecutive times, I'm wondering why my 5 planes were rejected just like that and I'm thinking what kind of major changes can be made in a plane, when even in real life all planes looks the same, same structures and just vary in colors and design, so how come my planes violated rules? With regards to giving credits to the original makers i was aware that we have this auto credit feature in the game, other than i also really give the credit to where it is due, some makers even gave upvote , there no post that i claim something that i didn't make😅
I actually thought that it was an actual public test for the game itself lol
