New Portum architectural project. It features simple fusion architecture.

This is a multipurpose building in use by AstleyIndustries. It is in charge of manufacturing parts and has a cargo section. However, it is mainly used as a meeting area to sell private hovercraft to various people and organisations.

Tester hovercraft are usually stored behind the building or somewhere else on the airfield and flown to the hovercraft pads for pilots wanting to take a test flight.

However, it is important to note that only some hovercraft components are built here; hovercraft themselves are not built or assembled here.

This is also one of the sites that can be used for training pilots to fly simple, private hovercraft.

- It is designed to use with small public or private airfields.
- Add roads if necessary.
- The design was initially built with a different scale (1b:8m) in mind, so certain features may not be realistic.
- It is recommended to add custom textures (if you want)
- The base-plate can be recolored; it is a light grey (material="9") for easier building
