"... Arise! Our colony, built by its community."

Purpose:
So I am making a map with custom buildings.... that means that, well, if I were to do it alone, then I would have to build 20 different building models. Perhaps a few designers could lend me a helping hand? Any and all entries will be upvoted by me, and links will be provided to them in the desc of the map.

Map lore:
[Disclaimer: New Portum is a religious colony, but that doesn't mean that I'm trying to indoctrinate anyone. The references to religion simply entertain one of the many "what ifs" of science fiction.]
On Earth, the first instances of colonization for mankind often involved the creation of what were called religious utopias, in which a religious group created a civilization based on their religion and culture. Interplanetary colonization was no different. The colony of New Portum stands as a perfect example of this, as their highly spiritual religion is reflected in their technology. Their religion, interestingly, has almost no doctrine, and relies almost entirely on spirituality. The symbol for their government, culture, and religion is often represented as a tree, often accompanied with some hexagons. This shows that they have merged spirituality with technological innovation and scientific discovery.

Goals:
- Create a building for the colonists of New Portum to use.
- These buildings can be residential or commercial (office buildings are fine, and walmart like buildings - massive square footage on one floor - are fine too.)
- Buildings will be to scale of what will be put in the map, but you can make them any size you want.

Constraints/rules:

- Maximum 50 parts
- Keep the color scheme of the example capitol building.
- Make the post a successor, please. (Those who have already made successors to the unlisted post, thank you for the efficient work! You do not have to re-post anything. It is fine on the unlisted post.)

What I'm looking for:
- Feasible architecture
- Semi-futuristic architecture
- Possibly some organic elements.
- Make it similar style to the example building... just more simple.

Rewards:
- All buildings will be upvoted.
- All buildings (should) be used in the map. Players will be credited in the mod's desc.
- The buildings that I really like will be spotlighted.
