Clemenceau, often affectionately called le Clem, was the French Navy's sixth aircraft carrier and the lead ship of her class. The carrier served from 1961 to 1997, and was dismantled and recycled in 2009.

Superb ship ! I have also planned to make a 1/400 scale model, which will go with my Charles de Gaulle, Redoutable, De Grasse cruiser and Lafayette (at 1/400 all !)
The only criticism I could make on this ship is that the 100mm guns are too square, they are originally rounded.
