People post them for attention and make a massive thing about it. That’s what annoys people.

Guys, he's not telling people they can or can't do anything. He's just asking people not to, and explaining why he feels that way. "Byebye" posts are depressing at best and toxic at worst, nobody benefits from them. We had a guy on here earlier this week saying he was deleting all his stuff because he hated the idea of being part of this community. We can all do without that.
No one is telling anyone what to do, just asking. Like, "Hey, please don't crap in my yard. Thanks."
These kind of posts telling people not what to do are equally bad if not worst.
