do mobile freindly builds even matter anymore?

like cmon phones can run well over 1000 parts and even budget phones can run 700 +easily or do people. (i mean the 50 part builds and such)

    My redmi7(it was just given to me like, about an hour ago) could go 0-399 parts on high settings, while it reaches up to 799 on low settings, and that still when drag is enabled

    My School Laptop can run 1,750 parts on high everything with minimal lag. My battery suffers for it.

    My PC can only go to about 500 for butter-smooth gameplay. At 1,000 it gets choppy and at 1,500 my PC starts to regret life.
