@MechWARRIOR57 Takeoff in impossible, unless if you have abnormally large amounts of thrust. That is why I put some landing gears inder the skis. It's hard to explain the exact ski and landing gear configuration. You could look at the stratolab to see what exacly i am about to try to explain. I usually use large landing gear, that is mounted a little bit above the skis. The wheel of the landing gear goes through the skis.
@MechWARRIOR57 The skis are made of fuselage blocks. They should touch the ground. You have to be a little more gentle on landing, but fuselage block-skis can still take quite a beating.
Here's a really funny and fun way of making your plane come to a stop. You can use skis. If you want some proof that it works, you can check out my SPE Stratolab build
@Ephwurd Also, it might benefit you to upvote the forum post. That will make it go onto the hottest page of the forums, which will benefit you and the other players that have been featured in the post.

Make an build that hosts the challenge (You know, like some pixely letters that say (Challenge) . It makes tracking entries so much easier, plus more people will join the challenge (Not many people check the forums.) Plus, successors give easy points.
Jelly hasn't been making vids for about two weeks. Some guy named Kootra or something started a simpleplanes series this week. And, as always, the bearded beast has been reliable with his SP vids.
Good work. Keep up that momentum, and gold will be easy. It took me much less work to get to gold, compared to silver. (My build quality skyrocketed though.)
@MechWARRIOR57 probably 5
Could I use parts from this in a future build? This is awesome!
My SPE Lancer might not be the prettiest, but it is really fun to dogfight with.
That's a lot of parts.
I hope more people see this challenge. I love this idea. I might make a forum post about this challenge.
@WalrusManufacturingCO It just seems to fit for VTOLs. There's no way to explain lol.
Nice.
@NumNumz The name has no meaning, and it is pronounced "speffie jerb if"

I'm planning on doing it. Just haven't gotten to it yet.
@MechWARRIOR57 When landing, retract the gear. When taking off, have it out. The skis are excellent for landing, but bad for taking off.

@Ephwurd I meant to shout you out earlier. Your fighter builds surpass mine, so you deserve it.
@Ephwurd Thanks for the feedback. I have also given you and a few others a shoutout in the forums, because you deserve it. Here's the Link.

Detacher*
@YuukaChan modded detached and bomb.
@CreeperProGaming go ahead. Just give credit where it is needed.
Overall good build. I would however try to have some way to have a yaw control for the heli. Other than that, this design is strong.

@JacobHardy64 @jsaret Yeah.... lol
@General360 Thanks. I forgot that I couldn't put a space in betweeen the brackets and the parentheses. lol.
@PALP Links seem to be broken. RIP
The description was 10/10.
Don't be surprised if this is featured. This build is absolutely stunning. Great Job.
I specialize in making agile futuristic fighters that have stuff that orbits around them.
@GrimMantis I never watched Petard, But weasel was most likely my favorite SP youtuber.
sounds fun. I might join.
Good job on the Sears Tower
See if you can make the Sears Tower A.K.A Willis Tower.
Nudge a bunch of 1000 pound dead weight fuselage blocks into each other. That's what I do.
It took me so long to figure out how to follow people. (About a week)

It's nice that someone finally said it.
