Some control bases which are in use as floppy rotators which previously worked fine no longer allow things to rotate.
I'm not really sure what's causing this, but the stick thingy on my bumper car no longer wobbles and the key ring on my Miro is stuck to the key and won't dangle. I will note though that on my Weka VR that I am currently building (Plz go to my latest unlisted as I don't want to share it yet) uses control bases as floppy rotators for the suspension and all of them seem to work perfectly fine.
Edit: The suspension on my Antonov AN-2 I'm currently working on (also unfinished, check page 2 of my unlisted builds for latest) is solid as a rock after the update. It worked beautifully before the update. This one is a more obvious bug.
.
As this still works with some builds, this bug will probably need some further digging to find the specific cause.
Making big builds would be a pain in the butthole with this tbh. It's also busy and takes away from the build itself.
I'm kinda glad they got rid of it, but it'd be cool if there was a mod that added it back
Rotational inirtia on many builds is INSANELY overpowered causing builds to be unable to change direction
Here is a list of builds with this bug: Miro 103 Solo Duo Discus Kea Cessna 182 (This one seems to move a bit on the roll axis though so I suspect it's an individual assembly on a rotator somewhere...) Takahe
Okay this affects way more builds than I expected...
PS it's been 9 years and mobile devices have vastly improved in computing power. You ain't making any more updates to this game and thus I think it's about time you add Maywar and the other islands and easter eggs to mobile.
Not really a bug report, but I have some suggestions to do with the new features and some other things I think needed to be fleshed out before this game is left without another update.
.
First off, is it possible to interchange the bases and handles of the new levers? I really want the handle of Lever 3 but the base of Lever Lever 2, and the base of Lever 4 with the handle of the regular lever. If not, I REALL REALLY think you guys need to add this.
.
I think the different parts of the lever need to be individually scalable too. Sometimes levers can look like they are super stumpy with gigantic holders when used in some applications. And vise versa. Plus making the base hidable needs to be a thing too.
.
There needs to be another interaction type for buttons that basically works like a sum input so that we can use seperate buttons to gradually adjust inputs like Trim and VTOL. A real life example of where this would be useful is the buttons to raise and lower the flaps on the Antonov AN-2. You have one button you hold to lower the flaps, and one that raises them. Currently, the only way to make this input in SP is setting the flaps to something other than VTOL and using a smooth input to make them move. But the buttons for the flaps on an AN-2 are in very weird places and most people won't be able to find them. If we had a sum interaction type, we could make this type of input and it will still work with stock inputs. There's also a ton of other applications for this interaction type and I think it would be really nice of this were added.
.
I also have an idea that would make Overload A TON more user friendly that needs to happen befre this game is left alone. I think drop down menus need to be added to it. Currently Overload requres internet guides and knowing how to spell correctly to fully utilise it. If we had drop down menus, we could way more easily add new codes that aren't visible normally (e.g. disableBaseMesh for rotators), and also show available options for other attributes. This would make life so much easier.
.
arite thats all now ill get back to you if i find any bugs.
@Here Bro The Way You Type Has Immediately Ldentified Yourself Ngl
It makes me exhausted just thinking about how much extra effort it must take to degrade your grammar by typing like that ngl
@Here Nobody made a username called Here until 2 hours ago???? BRUH
Maybe it used to be a person but they deleted their account and we couldn't take the username until recently tho
But yeah. The Miromiro has more parts than the Miro, thanks to more engines and avionics, and retractable landing gear lol. Dunno when it's gonna be released. I don't have all that much inspiration to finish it atm. It's pretty close to completion so it will come eventually
Yes
Okay, this is cool!
+1But please just report them and move on
+2Moderators can actually see removed comments btw
Far out 23 is a good innings!
I'm sorry for your loss :(
Bruh that's not what you say to someone who's cat just died :(
+1@DatMaluchGuy19 it's fixed
@DatMaluchGuy19 I understood the joke of the spiders name fully. But I decided to make another joke which turned it into a your mom joke aswell.
@DatMaluchGuy19 no u

@5 Ahh good point
Nice shots
But I think this would be more suitable for the BeamNG forum...

OMG NO WAY!!!
+6Imagine being on mobile and not being able to duplicate parts pfffff
+1@AndrewGarrison Ahh yup, it's fixed. Good job!
+1And thank you 😊

Yep, the issue I was having before has been fixed! :D @AndrewGarrison
site broke ;-;
Looks like the newest "new" aircraft was made 10 hours ago...

Glad I'm not the only one experiencing this bug...
This rotational inirtia bug is affecting over half of my complex builds over several years.

For a moment I thought this was a late April fools joke lmao
Oh my god the new switch types are gonna be SO USEFUL!!!
Edit: the new switches and levers are just aestetic. I was expecting different interaction types. Kinda disapointing :/
+11@LonelyAustrianUhlan I don't know unfortunately
@GUEVANAERONAUTICS What are you using as the engine input? Also what's your min and max value for the engine input?
@GUEVANAERONAUTICS Jist ignore the horsepower number for car engines. It's completely wrong and way overstated
@GUEVANAERONAUTICS Reduce horsepower
Oh man this is underrated
Might be because the thumbnail is so photoshoped
I love steampunk stuff. This one is a really nice design :D

Zamn Rick lookin hella fine today
Never noticed he was Andrew Garrison's long lost brother or something lmao
@V I think the disable mods to log in message is there to prevent hacking
Looks like all of your planes are mackup files for some reason
fake
+1Idk if this is possible but if you could turn the fuselage fill slider into a type box that'd be awesome
+1nice
1/10 cannon not long enough
+1Go to your SimplePlanes file location and move your aircraft folder somewhere else, reinstall your game, then move your aircraft folder back to SP
+1RNZAF scheme too? 🥺🥺🥺
@MrCOPTY I thought the design was kinda cool lol. It also reminded me that the desk lamp I have in my bedroom at home is broken lmao
+1Honestly the graphics look like a PS2 game sometimes lol
+1Hmmmmmmmmm...
HMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM
