As said, Spark1645's (same guy that deleted his first account beforehand) friend said in the past that his account got deleted because of his strict parents. Also there has been re-uploads of his builds that arnt bothered to been taken down for the past years. Which in my opinion deems reuploading acceptable. (There's literally a whole list of his planes archived btw)
